[Resolved]  Tata AIG General Insurance Co Ltd. — Denial for reneval of motor vehicle policy

Customer Name: Mr Dinesh Deogire
Car registration number: MH15 AS5124.

The above mention policy expired on 22/12/2009. We had not received any intimation notice and further when we enquire same in TATA AIG NAshik office, it was informed that you had been denied the policy. After hearing this we immediately wrote the complaint email to Tata Aig insurance company.

Below is message we had emailed on 22nd Dec 09.

My complaint is that

1) I had not received renewal notice well in advance.
2) The reason ,why the policy is declined is not informed.
3) In convenience of the customer

This matter we will surely try to get to consumer court further.

TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — COMPANY NOT REIMBURSING MEDICAL BILLS

RESPECTED SIR
I HAVE TAKEN THE POLICY OF MEDICLAIM INSURANCE
POLICY NO-HCP[protected] OF RUPEES 4667/-FOR ONE YEAR
EXPIRY DATE OF THIS POLICY WAS 26JULY2008
IN BETWEEN I HOSPITALISED FOR OPERATION OF HERNIA AND I SEND ALL DOCUMENTS TO THE COMPANY AND MY CLAIM NO WAS[protected]
NOW COMPANY WANT THAT UNTILL I RENEW THAT POLICY THEY WILL NOT GIE ME MY MEDICAL BILLS REIMBURSE CHEQUE.
I AGAIN AND AGAIN REQUESTING TO THEM BUT THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE MY BILLS,
KINDLY HALP ME IN THIS
Today for the last 1 hour I have been trying their No.[protected] and repeatedly dialing they have kept me on hold for almost an hour? is this the service Tata Aig provides its customers? I just wanted to checkout why I have not received my policy which I have renewed.

Everybody told me your complaint is resolved within 07 days but i don't know when 07 days come and resolve it for my pesence.
