[Resolved] Tata AIG General Insurance — No soft copy or hard copy of document received | |||
The health insurance policy WE[protected] has been taken in the name of my mother Savitha. I requested for the soft copy of policy document on the same day also on 8th and 11th of August 2011. I did not get both hard copy and soft copy of the document till 15th of August 2011. As per my conversation dated 11-Aug-2011 (12:06 PM) with TATA AIG customer care executive Manish I will receive soft copy of the policy document with in 24 Hours. But I did not get the soft copy till now. He gave the same request number 18221 which is given by another customer care executive Mr Ronath on 8th Aug 2011. Also I gave the request for both soft copy and hard copy of the policy document today which is 15th Aug 2011. The request number given by customer care executive Mr Rafik is 21680. Today again on 16th Aug 2011 I spoke to customer care executive Priya (16-Aug-2011 1:00PM) she gave me the request number 28193. Please let me know the reason for not getting soft copy or hard copy of the policy document. Was this information helpful? | |||
