[Resolved] Tata Card — Customer care - Rude
I have taken Tata Credit Card. The customer care from Chennai forced me to avail 'DD' of Rs 66,000/- one month interest free. After one month, when I did not get First Statement, I tried to contact them over phone, mails for the same to facilitate me to pay the money without paying the interest. But only after 6 months I got the statement with finance charges & interest. I requested thru mails to reverse the extra charges levied. Also asked them to provide me the dropbox locations to drop the payments in Bangalore. I checked with SBI banks as to whether I can drop in their drop boxes for which they said No. Since then the customer care dept making calls & talking rudely. While I recd a mail that Tatacard will not send anybody to collect the payment, their collection agent calling that he would come to collect the payment. When I tried to send the chq by registered post to their Delhi office, postal officials said they can not take it for registered post as the address is to PO Bag. While I am ready to pay the DD amount, am afraid to send by ordinary post or handover to collection agenct as I am not sure whether it will reach the correct place.
Request for resolution & close this credit card once for all.
