I have received a revert, asking me to PAY UP. I have reverted as follows:
i am repeating pertinent details:
i have sent 3 emails notices in advance from 15 days to 48hrs informing you of closure of my account no later then 31st jan 2011, which was synchronized to be the last day of my billing cycle.
If you had an objection with the same date, you should have reverted back. You did not. I insured all payments be made till 31st Jan 2011 in advance.
Now you are using legal recourse asking me now to pay more money, for a period beyond our agreement. This amounts to extortion & blackmail.
I am against such practices, & have highlighted this issue on complaint boards, so that you stop such practices.
You need to apologies & demonstrate ethical behavior when dealing with clients.

You are refusing to take my proof & cooperate. All i am being told is to pay up for a period i have no relationship with you.
