[Resolved] Tata Communication — Regarding the Miss behaving of your Employee | |||
Dear Sir, We have alraedy infromed about 100 times and send 1000 remainders to disconnect the Tata Liesed line Connection named with ” Web Portal India” but we have neither got any response from your side nor your exicutives support to us. This connection is name of our company while we have not using this connection and used by the unathorize persons which has taken the connection without any information to us when we have know about it then we have take action but your Noida office has denied to take any kind of action on this matter When we have made a call to a Excutive named ” Vishwadeep Sharma” he made a very rude and abusing language and missbehaving to me and told me nobody can disconnect this connection and you can not did anything to us he has establish this connection by the froud way. Also in future no liability of my company for the bills and miss use of that connection. I have tried to contact Customer Care(TATA Communication) over phone several times, also went to TATA office to get it resolved but finally they have asked me to mail in the below IDs which has been done but still no response in mail. Tata Communication — Refund and problem of non working of phone
I have purchased a PCO phone connection form Tata communication for my shop in october 2006. My number was in my name Om Prakash, E 150 Pandav Nagar, delhi - 91.I Paid 838/- to the executive and my connection came within a week but the system was not working. executive told it will work till evening, but it didnt worked till today. I complaint it several times at customer care, at Iswar nagar, delhi office to Assistant manager also but no result.
They told that the system has to be returned and you apply for one more you will get 500/- back. Now its not my mistake why should I get less when I paid 838/-.
They take advance money when you have to apply for connection. for refund it will come after 2-3 months. I want my money back with fine. As I have faced lot of problem with this. I dislike this company very much. I never suggest anyone to buy Tata things.
Can you help me in this case.
