[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — automatic activation of music mall service

Hi,

I would like to request the deactivation of music mall service on my number [protected] .This service gets activated on my number without my consent and costs me 5 Rs per day. I have requested the customer care executive to deactivate this service and refund my deducted balance but even then the service gets activated by itself.I was told that this service gets will be deactivated within time after the complain call, but still Rs. 5 is being deducted from my main balance. I would like you to take care of the issue or else i have to disconnect my sim connection.

I would like to request the deactivation of music mall service on my number [protected] .This service gets activated on my number without my consent and costs me 5 Rs per day. I have requested the customer care executive to deactivate this service and refund my deducted balance but even then the service gets activated by itself.I was told that this service gets activated from net so I take special care while browsing.I have no idea how is this happening. I would like you to take care of the issue.
Moreover I got a net pack of 95 Rs and balance of Rs 89 on my numer on 27th of april.On 1st may 2012 I found out that the total balance got consumed while the GPRS balance on my number was still 2 Mb left.
I would like to get a refund on that amount also.

the service named 'music mall' activated on 1st may'12,since that day i m trying to deactivate,i called customer care 13 times,all he assured me that the service has been deactivated,but it was continued and daily Rs 5/- is charging from my a/c..i tried many times but i wasn't successful. someone plz help me before i break this sim

Please be informed that upon checking with our records no wrong deductions have been found. Hence we are unable to process your request of refund. Also be informed that as per our records there is no VAS pack activated in your number. "

Myself murali. My docomo number is [protected]. the service named 'music mall' activated on 20th may'12,since that day i m trying to deactivate,i called customer care 5 times,all he assured me that the service has been deactivated,but it was continued and daily Rs 5/- is charging from my a/c..i tried many times but i wasn't successful. someone plz help me before i break this sim
I m getting this same Problem last 6 day, i had also done every thing, but i dint got any kind of services from DOCOMO, please Help Me as soon as possible My no. is [protected], Please Do the Needful...
this is the cheapest way of cheating the people and grabing the money. This nonsence activity should stop immediately.
