[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction | |||
Sir/Madam, My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month. There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service. I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34. Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount. Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct. Every time I have facing this problem. i am from visakhapatnam called tata dokomo helpline and asked for GPRS&MMS settings he said me to type MMSand send it to 121 i have sent it not once after a weak when i called help line again he said there are no settings for my cell(NOKIA 5130-C2) but i have gprs&mms options. no signal near my house

Tata DoCoMo — Outgoing barred even after submission of all documents
I bought a TATA DOCOMO connection(cell number: [protected])
and SIM no.([protected]) recently from this address :
HB-115,Sector-3,near HB Island,saltlake kolkata 700106
on date 11th Oct 2009 ,
and also provided them with all the required documents. After one week of buying the sim my outgoing has been barred and on calling the retailer he says service will be restored within a day, but since last ten days it has not started and if I call TATA DOCOMO supervisor, they say that this number is not in your name, it is registered to somebody else.

and here are the list of the documents which I provided while buying the new connection

i giving 500 rs to tata doccomo panipat branch for issuing a new no. with my id proofs on 20 oct. 2009. but today is 17 nov. 2009 and my is not activated till nw. i talked so many times with panipat branch but they didn't give any response. my payment and id is kept in panipat branch frm 20 oct. 2009. but number willn't activated till now.

Tata DoCoMo — More money deducted on sending SMS
On 30th of November 2009, I sent nearly 40-50 sms to many people. Tata DOCOMO offers 100 SMS pe rday charging only 60 paise for first SMS and rest 99 SMS (national and local) are free. But nearly some Rs. 20 of talktime is deducted after sending these SMS. To check on this, I called customer service...(around 1:30 pm) lodged the complaint Ref no:[protected]. Executive confirmed that someone from the comapny will get back on this with in two hours...after 3 hours...nobody called me from Tata Docomo. Around 6:30 pm again I called the customer care/service...the person could open corresponding file from the computer... even after quoting ref. number. Later she took complaint again and gave one more ref. no.[protected] she confirmed that, incase of wrong deduction in talk time...there will be refund with in 24 hours...Nothing happened till now...no refund...no call/confirmation from customer service.
I want justice!!!
