[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

hi am ragul my mobile no [protected]. actually yesterday i have recived an service msg as"TRY HIGH RATED APPS AND GAMES FOR FREE"i have recived reapeatedly with a 10sec interval i used refuse nearly 5 times but wen i sending msg i mistakly press yes button then at a second i just closed but my bal reduced by 99, i called customer care they said me that ur amount will be refunded in 24hrs within same min again tat service msg came then again my balance gets less 99 so again i called customer care then they said k sir ur balnce of 198 will be refund in 24hrs but yet now i wont recieve any amount plz take some action to refund my full amount

I am Akheja Datt i buy tata docomo gsm sim card at 24 oct.2011 at evening time and then near about half an hour my sim card work properly but next day 25 oct.2011 at morning my sim outgoing was stopped why?

Tata DoCoMo — Pathetic Roaming Network Coverage

Honestly, worst ever service provider I found while roaming. I roamed at Jaipur, Delhi, NCR...no area worked while selecting the network manually. I selected Idea but they were charging exorbitant roaming charges. Biggest mistake i did by switching it from Reliance. Request you all please don't ever go for it.

Dear Sir,

My name is Vinay Kumar. I am lodging a complaint for the inconvinence in recharging of Tata Docomo services.
I had recharged Rs150 for my mom's Tata Docomo mobile number [protected] in between 1pm to 1.30PM on 3rd of November 2011, from a shop in Jaymahal extension in Bangalore. But the amount is not credited or recharged to my mom's mobile.
Then I went back to the shop complained him about this matter. The shopkeeper rechecked through his mobile and gave me the Transaction ID([protected]) and told me to complain this to the Tata Docomo customer care.

Please note the below details:

Transaction ID for recharging Rs150: [protected] (but actually the amount is not credited to my mom's mobile number.)

Tata Docomo Mobile number: [protected]

So please go through the complaint and give me loyalty for the inconvenience done from Tata Docomo Services.
