[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction | |||
Sir/Madam, My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month. There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service. I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34. Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount. Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct. Every time I have facing this problem. Tata DoCoMo — got call from my own number
Yesterday i.e on 22nd feb 2010 i gaot a call in the evening the no. flashed was my own i was quite surprised immidiately the number cloning i.e. taking place got into my mind.Still i picked up the call there was a IVR message i immidiately dissconected and called the customer care and the people over there was were not ready to accept this fact and giving irrelevant reasons for it one of them disconnected my call.
This happened with my one more friend.

I need to certify that unnecessary balance( Rs.5)was deducted on behalf o[censored]sing internet on mobile dated 10th March, 2010, even though i had already activated the internet plan on the same. On contacting the customer care several times they use to keep me on the darker side by giving excuses like "we are unable to get your updated profile" or "call us at some other time, we are unable to process your request". The same case happened on 13th march, 2010 (Rs.7.26 was deducted) and then again on 16th March, 2010 (rs.9.07 was deducted).I hope you will take strict and prompt action in this matter which caused me problems at many times.

Tata Docomo is such a reputed company, i think the company should talk and satisfy the complainer and refund the deducted amount immediately.
Tata DoCoMo — Non activation of tata photon
We had bought the tata photon three weeks back. We had got the hardware and also the address verification was duly done. But the hardware has not been activated till date. This is really frustrating after the Company refers in the website and ads about the product as "Tata Photon+ being a wire-free (Mobile) service can be installed & activated very quickly to give you unmatched hi speed internet acess."This is grossly incorrect as the activation does not happen very quickly...the definition of very quickly needs to be changed.
This service is neither expected or warranted of a TATA brand / product. Some thing is seriously wrong....I have seen various websites and there are numerous complaints. Funny, but the company also does not seem to be doing anything about it....Consumer should definately revolt and then only will be heard.

Tata DoCoMo Cell Phone Connection — Harrasing and Bad Service
This is to inform that, I have taken TATA docomo connection in the month of july and from then their network services and othe features ar every bad. I have given more complaints, instead of resolving the issues, issues are getting worst. Finally i informed them that i won't make payment unless and untill issues resolves. Their after the connection terminated from TATA docomo. But they keep on billing.Their executive aggreed for Rs 500 settlement, no one had come to collect the payment( as per the executive). They don't have any facility to make payment. They have sent Lok Adalat letter also, and even i attended and shown to Judge all my communication to them and Judge warned TATA docomo to resolve this issue. Inspite of Docomo never bother to resolve and still insisiting on payment of full amount.
I have clearly said, i can make only the amount which we have used and settled earlier.
Request your help to resolve this.

Dear Sir,I had get a message on 27/mar/10 for DOUBLE DHAMAK OFFER" OF GETTING Rs.50/ talktime with recharge of Rs. 25/-
After confirmed with customer service, I recharged my mobile with Rs 25/-.
but still after 3 day on 30/mar/10 when i asked customer care for my remaining balance , they told me that, "I am not eligible for the promotional balance........."
and when I told them that you are cheating us then they abuse me .......

Hi,My account number is[protected]. I would like to draw attention to the pathetic customer service and the worst ever network connection of photon+.
I paid my bill for the bill period MAR 10, invoice number[protected] on 11th March 2010 online. But it's still showing as unpaid in my account. The same thing happens every month.
Even after writing mails for almost 1 month, they're not replying. They're not giving a reference number to my complain also.
Apart from this, the network speed seems to be of medieval era. The connection drops quite frequently.
Now I want my money back, which was taken in the name of broadband connection.

Tata DoCoMo — I can't get incoming calls
ive got sim from coimbatore and now iam not getting incoming calls even local calls I never imagined that TATA could have such shoddy service. i bought my device exactly one month before, it got activated by the next day. i used it for two hpurs, and then when i replugged it back after a couple of hours the device stopped working. my laptop was not reading it ( there was no problem with my laptop, i checked that). after several rounds of calling the service centre, i figured a service centre, where they took another 2 weeks to repair the problem . finally when i had my device now i had to get it activated from the service provider. well am still trying to do that . every time u call up the service center they express their sorrow for my inconvenience and promise me that the problem would be looked into, or an engineer would be sent t o look into the matter, am still waiting ...

Have u notice the hidden cost on tata docomo.
they provide only free browsing charges but whenever u download any content u will be charges at normal rate 1ps/kb.
i had activated rs 95 plan but i cant even use it as my normal talktime also get reduce. whenever u ever download any songs u will be charged for the download.
i had contacted the customer care but they said that they provide only free browsing not downloading...
they had done fraudlent activity.
it is better to have Airtel or other service provider as they provide what they says. as downloading means downlaoding...
