[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — re-credit

SMS received from 52906 debiting Rs. 5.00 for down load Glamorous model to my cell No.[protected] on 06.2.13 at 10.57 hours. I have not down loaded it is false. Please advice the concern to re-credit Rs.5.00 failing which I have to take legal action against Tata docom for having allowing and unnecessarily charged the consumer.

I am the customer of tata docomo with no.[protected] having trouble with frequent balance deduction because o[censored]nwanted VAS activation since last two months.This time I have Rs.30 Deducted from my a/c.This was happened about 7-8 times till date.Every time customer representative gives some nonsense answers.So I request you to take necessary action against them to give me all my money refund and compensation to me because of mental harrasment caused to me.

Yesterday (10/2/2013) at 10:12PM i have got a message from TATA DOCOMO that "Your call me tune has been activated thru OBD channel with Rs 17 for 17Days and will renew on[protected]".actually i have never applied for any kind of offer and it started automatically and i can not be able to call customer care number 121 due to low balance of Rs. 0.36 which was then Rs. 28. so my request is to stop the offer and return my balance.

My name is Sachin S. Jagtap, consumer of Tata Docomo.

My balance was deducted Rs. 240.90 from 240.98 leaving just 0.08.

When I called customer care, they responded in very abrupt manner and said they will not refund anything
and deduction was due to internet usage.
I have a plan of Rs.250 which includes 1gb 3g and unlimited 2g data for free. When I told them so, they hung up the call.

Now, every time when I call customer care, call gets automatically disconnected.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with this response which I never expected from a company carrying TATA name.

I have to go to the CONSUMER FORUM if I don't get refund.

i am a tata docomo customer.from few days it auto subscribe to cricket and it cut total credit money.shows a message to me like 'you have subscribed to cri'.without my involvement it can subscribe itself.what is this?dirty network,worst network,jaffa network.
