[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

My Name is Mohit Bansal. I have taken the prepaid connection of TATA DOCOMO, my no. is [protected]. I have taken the Internet Package of Rs.60 as on 15.08.2010. But the internet is not working from 23rd August to the morning of 29th August. On evening of 29th Aug Internet Started Working when i used it All the Balance that is in my account is charged for internet using. But as per plan 2.5 GB is Free for One Month. Dear Sir please solve this problem and credit the amount charged to my account and also the period in which internet is not working.

Tata DoCoMo SIM Service — Unable to internet browsing

Myself Ashish A. Khodwe . I am new costumer of TATA DOCOMO. I took new mobile number ([protected]) two week before for internet browsing but the day I was using internet , I had deliberately facing the problem of “DATA PACKET CONNECTION IS NOT AVAILABLE”, Also I got only 240 bytes of received speed on mobile as well as on desktop via PC suit. I have full DOCOMO signal on my mobile.
For above problem I was called up costumer care several time but not provide solution. I got complain no “NWK[protected]” .but i am not satisfied. they were feedback me only DOCOMO GPRS setting.

Sir, I Mr.Gopabandhu Samal with the tata docomo no. [protected] want to register a complaint against tata docomo mobile service provider for un-uthenticated balance deduction from my account. I got 75 rupees balance deducted for no reason.

On the date 26th sep 2010, time 22:32 pm I checked my balance was 72rupees. It was previously 117, they deducted 45 rupees. When I tried to contact them they said that you have used dive-in thats why you are charged 30 rupees, but I have monthly gprs activated why should I be using dive-in instead free gprs. They gave nonsense excuses and didn't receive my call further. Then I called from my friends number and asked them to solve the matter instead they blocked that number too. Then I checked my balance again and found my account reduced by 30 rupees again and the current balance is 42 rupees. After sometime I got two messages about activation of english learning, and cricket pack for one moth. I swear to god I didn't activated any of those from my side.

Now I want every single penny back or else I will lodge a compain against tata docomo in the consumer court.

I lost my mobile on 28/9/10 at around 9:30 pm near bp petrol bunk near Metro kukatpally...went immediately to tata docomo office in punjagutta by 10:00 pm..but the outlet was closed..anticipating usage of my no by anti social elements i am lodging a complaint....and request to block my sim card,,

Tata Docomo — deducting money from balance without user permission for caller tunes

Respected sir,
On 29,30 Oct I received call me tunes and activated it with out my approval and deducted by balance. When I approached to call center they credited the deducted balance but not the activation fee. with out my permission they deducted so they are responsible to repay the application activation fee also. They cheated me they are doing to so many innocent customers also in this cheating process so please kindly take early action on this bad customer service.

Tata DoCoMo — regarding poor customer service and tricks of fooling people

Tata photon is basically a con company which is exploiting people , i am a user of photon with account no.[protected]

i had Rs 1100 broadband plan with 10GB night pack , but in month of october i recieve the bill 5500 although my credit limit is 3000 which means by connection should be stopped as soon as it reach 3000 credit limit .

Tata photon night plan starts at 11p.m but they didn't told this thing if you login at 10:50 pm. night plan will not be activated to activate night plan you should login after
11 pm , now how you can know this thing if no one has told you .

on the other hand if you login at 6 am in the morning as soon as clock crosses 7 your day time will be start.

i have launch numerious complain in CSE and this issue is not resolved .

I REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO USE TATA PHOTON AS THIS IS A CON COMPANY AND IS EXPLOITING PEOPLE ALREADY THEY CHARGES ARE SO HIGH I WAS PAYING rs 1300 TO THEM EVERY MONTH AND INSPITE OF THAT
THEY SPEED WAS SLOW CC SERVICE VERY POOR , THEY ARE JUST EXPLOITING THE PEOPLE.

Since from 4 months I used TATA DOCOMO INTERNET SERVICE on pc and mobile, the speed was 19 to28 kbps, Now it is suddenly decreased to 1 ti1.4 kbps,and I changed all the setting in mobile and PC after complaining to customer care since from one month. The complaint No is NWK[protected] on 03/09/2010. but there is no proper responsibility from the cust care. Simply they tell we will consider this complaint. My name is Alok Handa and I talk to sales girl her name is Avnee she caled on my cell phone that we have offer and under that offer you will get phton for just rs2000 instead of 2400. so i asked her to send his executive at my home address and on[protected] i paid 2000rs cash to exective and he was from HARJASE MOBILE MALL PVT LTD. (PLOT NO-5 LAXMI GARDEN KIRTI NAGAR). I started using tata photon it work fine for 5 days but on[protected]. I try to download song and I found that i was geeting a speed of 256kbps and as per them they said that i am going to get 3.1 Mbps upto 5gb dowload and after that i am entitled to get 1.5MBPS. It is extremely slow and inspite of registering a compliant the customer care of Tata Photon are least bothered . Would like the concerned department to take some action against Tata Photon.

Tata DoCoMo — Deactivation of Mobile No. 7696400769

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Tata Docomo Sim No. [protected] from Satnam Communication on 18th of September, 2010. I was told that my documents will be submitted by the shop from where I have purchased my Sim [protected]. But unfortunately he has not submitted my documents i.e. I had given my passport copy to Satnam Communication. The airtel mobile of the person with whom I was in touch is [protected]. Sir I had given all the relevant document and my Sim was also activated at that point of time. I have also made recharge of Rs 100 in that account. But because of Satnam Communication my Sim [protected] has been deactivated as they have not submitted my documents.
Please take strict action against Satnam Communication [protected].
