[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

I have bought tata photan few months back due to my non availabilty on PC, I had requested tata photan Customer Support to get in to it safe custody for 3 months (which is without charges) but now they are saying that same request prcossed but only for 2 months and they opened it from 3rd month without any prior notice. my docomo sim has been more and more lost its network in a day... and massege is "sim registration failed" and "connection error"...
i do complain 2 times in customer care but not satisfied result....

i like your number but not your service....

Tata DoCoMo - Tamil Nadu — Abusive call from 9263844506

An unknown person called my wife and abused her and myself profusely using foul language from Tata Docomo number [protected] at 11.30pm on 23/10/2010.
We are natuarally upset and since then this number is switched off.
What action will tata docomo take against this caller? Has the mandatory customer verification of this caller been done? If we lodge an FIR with Delhi police (we stay in delhi), will Tata Docomo provide the name and address of this caller to the police?

now days DOCOMO without any monitoring, approximatively detecting the MB/kbps in GPRS pack,
customers gets suffer in NET-surfing also

lots of interfere in peak hours( evening around 8'clock)-server prob

MOREOVER :if GPRS pack going 2 finish means, they not sending any notification message to customers for recharge again,

without any intimation....they are entering into current balance for Example ( i[censored] activated 48 Rs/ GPRS when u have Current balance 200 means, after finishing that pack kbps.. straightly its vanished our current balance 200 also)

I am Balaji.H.P, my number is [protected].i gave the complaint regarding this issue, but there is no use. The issue is, I have used the internet in my mobile on 2nd to 10th Nov. they deducted Rs.15 and odd from my main account, though I have the internet package. Executive called me from Andhra Pradesh, they dint solved the issue they told they will call me again (9/11/10) with in half an hour, but they dint called me, instead of that I got the message as this issue is solved, and the complaint is closed. Then today (10/11/10) morning in my main account Rs 13.73 left. I used the internet in the morning again now the main balance is nil. Till date they deducted up to Rs.30. they are harassing me. Please help to solve this issue.

Tata DoCoMo — Unnecessary incoming messages charged

I am getting a message daily from the Number 54.321 of some Chennai news where Rs.10 is getting deducted each week . I have been calling customer service(4 times) people and told them to deactivate the incoming message as I don’t need it.
In spite of their confirmation I am getting the messages still. Now when I am trying for the CS desk its busy.

I don’t have any other problem. Just need to deactivate it and resume the best services as usual.

Tata DoCoMo — Cut my balance and don't give information about it

My TATA DOCOMO balance on 15 nov night was around 22 Rs. and on 16 nov 1.24 Rs. and now it is 0.001 they cut my balance for which reason they don't tell me.Customer care says on 16 & 17 nov that they don't have details and system is not updated.

somehow increase the tata docomo GSM PRE PAID signal strength at Kotadu ( Chittor Ferry , Kochin , Kerala , India ) and corresponding places.. many people wants to use DOCOMO connection like me but hesitate due to the weak signal strength…

Tata DoCoMo — SLOW GPRS SPEED FROM 1 MONTH. (below 3KB/s)

I am getting slow GPRS speed from more than 1 month. Earlier I used to get speed of 20-25 KB/s. But from more than 1 month I am getting speed below 3KB/s. I had complained about the issue many times but there is no improvement in GPRS speed. I had also sent mail to listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com. I had also complained to Nodal Officer & Appellate Authority. They just says that it is the server problem & it will be solved as soon as possible. But from more than 1 month there has not been "as soon as possible" till now. I had also talked to their chat support & the same reply was from them that it will be solved as soon as possible.
My complaint numbers are NWK[protected], NWK[protected], NWK[protected], NWK[protected], NWK[protected].
I am now just waiting for MNP to change my service provider. My friends are also suffering from the same problem. They are also waiting for MNP to quit docomo.

Tata DoCoMo — GPRS SPEED SLOW DOWN

SPEED OF 2G TATA DOCOMO GPRS IS SLOWED DOWN TO BELOW 3 Kbps from 20 Kbps AFTER LAUNCHING 3G SERVICES IN RAJASTHAN. NOW THE PRESENT SPEED OF DOWNLOADING IS MEANINGLESS IN THIS FAST MOVING WORLD. COMPANY MUST PAY ATTENTION TOWARDS THIS PROBLEM.
Sir I have tatadocomo prepaid sim card with number [protected]. Actually today without any massage from my side this company deduct my balance & when I call to customer care for the same then they say SORRY &also not able to refund my balance.
This is so Bad. So finally I decided to publish this on internet to inform all people about TATADOCOMO is a FADTUS company. & please don't refer it in future.

tata docomo you sucks i hate docomo
the main problem of tata photon plus is so much heating
and prepaid problems( stop downloading automatically, every time disconnect, 1-2 k ps speed, so much costly, 3g speed like vodafone's normal speed
do something docomo to save your customers
