[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

As far as my experience goes, initially the network was good. Now it is really bad. I've to go to first floor to make outgoing calls. No incoming calls at all. I have always had a Vodafone primary number which works really well.
A very strong word of caution to everybody - You cannot rely on Tata Docomo. It will let you down. What is the use of offering 1ps/1sec without any network?
The point my friends is not to blame TATA for these frustrating experiences. The blame lies entirely with the telecom ministry and the inept people staffed to run it.

The government (party regardless) is always so busy sucking TATA's and RELIANCE's dicks for everything they want, that issuing them a license to run a mobile service was no big deal.

It didnt really matter whether TATA had the chops to live up to the competition.

I don't think that their business model even calls for them to be a long term service provider.

I think they just needed to create enough hype to get bozos like us to buy into the idea of their wonderful service and shell out 50 bucks for a SIM card and 200 bucks for a recharge thats not even full talktime.

We'll keep on these forums and mother-fkers like "Sanjeev Kumar" will keep replying with non-committal just to keep the hype running while they collect the aforementioned 250 bucks from every subscriber.

I hate this country for forcing all o[censored]s to be complacent about exactly this sort of thats part of our everyday menu that we don't even notice the heartburn and gag reflex anymore.

INDIA deserves TATA DOCOMO and vice versa .. enjoy !

Its not Tatadocomo alone this is how these so called CC / call center blokes of any network (Airtel, RIM, Aircell, Vodafone etc) get back to you.

I am suffering too from TATA DOCOMO..I am based at Pune.. it is simple way what they are giving customers. .if you throw peanuts you will get monkeys. .their 1 paisa plan attracted all monkeys and now we are getting peanuts from them. TATAs should wake up and solve the issue rather regretting and justifying that they had a tremendous response in the market because of their scheme.. they should not have sold SIM cards when their towers are not in position to handle calls. and the same goes with their customer care centre. one has to call repeatedly 121 to get someone who who again chew your brain rather solving the problems. the staff are uneducated who are recruited in their call centers, probably at a very cheaper rate as the call rates offered to customers. I too got wooed with 1 sec billing and now suffering at their hands as i had cancelled my previous airtel no. Shame! shame!

Hi, this is soumik from kolkata. I am going to share with you a worst customer service experience from TATA DOCOMO. 4 days ago i called to TATA docomo number for a postpaid connection. I also Write a mail to them. They had fixed an appointment with me on that day within 6 P.M. Nobody came to me on that day. Next day again i gave them a call and again they fixed an appointment with me within 5 P.M. Again nobody turned to me. Then i called them they told me lie that the executive is on his way but unfortunately nobody comes. I write a mail. They replied me that they tried to contact me but they cant contact me which is again a lie. The next day again i called they replied that this time they will come on the same day within 4 P.M. Nobody comes again. At last i had taken a postpaid connection from some other company. This is my experience with TATA DOCOMO. This is the customer service of a company while giving a connection so what will be there service after taking the connection. So my friend please be aware of taking a new connection from TATA DOCOMO.
I am another sufferer of Tata Docomo. The Tata docomo executive has mis guided us with the plan. They call us saying that since I got tata Photon connection, there are special plan. Later, I realized that the promise given by the executive are all . I have to pay high monthly rental. When I called the customer care they want the executive name and number. I think I have to save each and every call now. Now I want to deactivate this number. I have to go through a long procedure. Something not expected from TATA. They also became one of service provider in the market who can do anything to sell their product. We all have high respect for you. This was not expected from you Mr Ratan Tata.

I will prefer to sat tata (bye bye) to tata docomo.
DOCOMO is a worthless, most advertised Mobile Service amongst all Services in MP.
This is service situation by TATA Docomo. I lost my mobile in chennai and at once i called up the customer service and ask them to block my card from usage further. They said it will be done within next 3 hrs.

After 3 days, someone tried to make calls from the same sim which i blocked. surprisingly he called to one of my frens and disconnected the call.

Is ther any possibility of recovering my mobile. If there is any just advise me further.

Dear Service provider, make sure that you are providing a quality service, so that your customers will not get affected.
tata docomo is really providing agood network for home net users. i have a querry that my connectivity
automatically disabled from last 2 days so pls. solve my probleme as soon as you can

the tata docomo network is the suckiest network in the india telecom market. REALLY!
the line just drops while you are talking to someone. then when you call the customer service, some miss india world rambles on for 5 minutes before you can listen to the options so that you can finally navigate to the option where you can report a complaint. after that, the "customer service" executive asks you a zillion questions, some of which are obvious, others irrelevant, and yet others plain irritating. The response of the customer service executives is slower than that of zombies. I have no hopes for this brand, and i am stuck with this brand and i am going to switch to another brand as soon as i can. Sorry to say, but tata docomo sucks more than a black hole !

Tata Photon — Horrible piece of shit, very very dead slow

i have a tata photon, for the last two months..and its has got the worst speed and 90 % of times the device does not detect. this is a horrible piece of .

Please never take this crap.
If you are planning to take Tata Photon, I strongly recommend you check and ensure you have about an hours time everyday to call the centre to make sure that the Photon is accessible for the rest of the 23 hours (not disconnected by the Photon guys). Then also there is no gaurantee it will work nothing can be 100% rite :)

Tata Indicom Photon plus bad bad service and TATA= BATA — Problem with TATA indicom photon plus activation

I had purchased TATA indicom photon plus dial up connection but they are unable to activate the service from last three days . I had never used TATA product and life time never going to use TATA product . Reliance is far far better than TATA as per me . I suggest all people to please go to MTS broadband connection or BSNL broadband connection . Never go for TATA ...some time doesn't matters . Service only play a role .

Sir,

I am using your Virgin Mobile from 1 year 6 months, from the beginning the unnecessary messages coming to my cell and disturbed me in between call, so I have informed this fact to your customer care. Now the unnecessary messages appeared on the screen as some one pictures can you down load or some songs can you interest to down load. (Left side yes right side no) these messages are very frequently appears on the screen each 5 minutes and after some time disappear from the screen.

In January 2010, Rs.10/- + Rs.30/- deducted from my balance without my knowledge and consent this fact immediately informed to your customer care people Mr. Aswiny Kumar, Bharath and Arthi, but no positive replay was received.

These unnecessary messages / slides appear on the screen giving me very trouble mentally and physically. In addition, so much time was waste. Moreover, unnecessarily deducted Rs.30/- + Rs.10/- without my consent and knowledge. This is nothing but deficiency inefficiency and ineffective service.

So I request you kindly credit my Rs.40/- to my account immediately other wise I will be no other option to take legal action against you and collect suitable compensation for mental and physical agony with expenditure also.
