[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

my no.[protected], and had complained several times thro 121 and directly to your four roads office in salem, tamilnadu regarding in my gprs phone i was getting google, other websites andyahoo mails. for past 5 days i was getting google. but i cannot get my yahoo mails. i have complained this to all the offices but no body is helping. i want to surrender docomo if my complaint is rectified within 2 days.
my no.[protected] for which i have gprs and using google and other websites, yahoo mail. for past one week i am not getting yahoo mail but can go thro google. pl. clear this problem. i have already complained regarding this but no response.

before few weeks i logged a complain regarding deduction of 30rs from my balance every 4th of month for a service called "beauty tips" ( which i have never activated). a tata docomo personnel called me and he said he has deactivated this service and he provided me a balance of 60rs for that and he promised me that this kind of mistake will never be repeated in future. But today on 4th april again 30rs has been deducted for the same service. my no. is [protected] and my name is jaymin.

SCAMMING MONEY, SCAM, BAD SERVICE Tata Docomo is a fraud company, what do you think are we a fool... whenever i place any complaint on customer care they cut call after hearing whole story then when i redial there is another executive to repeat the same..on the date 8.04. 2011 i recharge your disgusting service 3g on my mobile by purchasing terrif 350/-for free 500 std + local call mint and 200 mb free uses data yesterday after using 19 mb suddenly i recive msg that you hv been deducted some money from last internet browsing what a rubbish in only a day, secondly yor all representatives are they dnt know how to resolve and represent the problems and informations to the customers they always say one thing wait we transfer your call to our higher authority but after some times they said sorry our higher authority is too much

Your tata docomo service is totaly hope less as i have opn a site and without downloading on saturday 23.04.2011 32 Rs. cahrged for downloading and on Tuesday i have faced the same problem and charged 93 Rs for downloading the massage appear on mobile. When i called in customercare they told me that the site you have open was chargable. I cannot understand that the charge cut was for downloading OR for opening chargable site and you told that surfing was free. I want my money back.

All the complaints are 100% true. I think i am in HELL after i took Tata Docomo postpain connection. Nothing is organised. The network connection sucks. I am trying billion of times to customer care the call never goes, The miss call bill add my post paid billing, i requst to my miss call billing your my account add i my not satify your conntion . i told you my last mount post paid bill 1 day all detail & my home number is miss call, but next bill in add this miss call billing plz check your details. Really in this generation having a communication cellular media like docomo is a curse to the human being. I am so frustrated.

This is regarding some fake consumer forums existing in the internet. There are huge number of consumer forums blacklisted by cyber crime department. These are not authorized forums by any government across globe. Also they cant do anything regarding your complaints and cant solve your any problems related to any service.

Then you might have one question that if it is true then why these forums are created what benefit they are getting from this???

Now a days internet marketing of the products is booming. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo are masters in the internet advertisements.For placing the advertisement in website, website owner get paid by the related companies. This business is growing day by day and the turnover of the same is in multi billion dollars. To get advertisement from the ad agencies page ranking and the popularity of the website is the very important parameter, and these parameters are dependent on number of visitors and users of the website.

To make the website a" money making machine" huge number o[censored]nauthorized and fake discussion forums have been created across the world, and as complaints and discussions about product and service is the very close issues of day to day life of human being, these forums are taking advantage of this fact.

In these forums people can post anything about anybody and about any company. Most funny thing is that you will find some fake complaints about some company and the ad of the same company will be displayed in the same forum. These so called forum administrators have no control on the posting. They display the malicious and defamatory contents without verification from the companies about the issue. Not all companies's management have time to put the comments below the queries and many of these companies's management is not even aware that somebody is putting malicious contents about their companies in these forums.

End of the day because of these forums many companies's business is indirectly getting affected and most of them are small and medium scale businesses.These forums are spreading negativeness about the service providing companies by doing their dis advertisement and allowing unverified defamatory contents to be displayed.

Coming to the point, the conclusion of the story is consumer is posting the complaints in the such a forums in which administrator of the forum himself doesn't have any control regarding the contents ( means if you put defamatory contents about that forum itself it will accept). Consumer having problems regarding the service of any company should approach company management first and should give the application regarding the problem solving. If that also doesn't worked out consumer can approach Government consumer court or file an FIR in police station.

In 98.7% of the cases about the complaints against the service it is observed that problem gets resolved immediately after reaching company management. And for other complicated or fraud related cases, government of every country has its own consumer court in every city and district.

Friends, No machine in this world is 100% efficient, it implies to every human being, every service and every organization. But it doesn't means that you should defame that person, service provider or an organization. It will indirectly affect the business of the company and in turns every person including the consumer get affected by it. Our constitution has given right to everybody regarding speech but this doesn't means that you start taking revenge by destroying image and goodwill of the company which is the port built by efforts and hard work of honest people.

Yes, you have right to talk and spread awareness about the fraud people and organisations but only after verification and getting perfect legal proofs against it.Don't start blaming anybody or any company just because one wrong, defamatory and baseless comment came in some unauthorized forum.

Approaching right person, right organisation is the only way of solving the problem, Please Please don't support the illegal forums to spread their illegal business.

Very soon we are posting the list of all blacklisted forums by cyber crime department

Tata Docomo — deduction of balance for service which was stopped by tata docomo itself before few week

This is height of shame...once again on 4th of this month my balance got deducted...i want a permanent solution for this...the tata docomo personal told me that this service is now been deactivated and he will take care that it will not repeat again in future...but as usual on 4th of this month 30rs has been deducted...i dont wish to complain here again and again on every 5th of the new month...pls get me rid of this...jaimin sukhadia([protected])

you have still not worked on my complaint. and my balance is reducing without any activities. i mostly use my phone to send msgs and few calls but i think someone else from somewhere else is using my number to make calls and without my notice my balance got deducted. it was 35 rs initially then suddenly it becomes 16. something rupees and yesterday it becomes 1.51 rupees. and a msg came that ur phone does not have enough balance to make this call. then i come to know that some 3rd party is using my number to make calls. i want to solve this problem this has emptied all my balance and i am totally frustrated. please help me as soon as possible
I am facing a lot of problems from Tata Docomo. The service has really become too bad. i hv been activated to the call me tunes which is an offer of 180 days for which i hv been deducted 120rs. when am not interested how can u activate any service to the customer. now i want the amount deducted i.e., 120rs to be refunded. everytime i call the customer care no one responds and no one gives proper service. and now we have a service of number portability so not only me but i have atleast 10 to 12 docomo connections in my house only. we can change are service provider in no time. you will soon loose all your customers.
the number on which the above mentioned service was activated in [protected]. you have to refund the amount of 120 rs on this number otherwise i wil have to put a case against you people. and seriously there is no difference between tata docomo, theives, pickpocketers etc...

when i charge my tata docomo number then my full balance is gone at next day
