[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

The worst service i have experienced among all the networks. People are not able to give proper settings for Iphone 4. Airtel people solved this with a single call. But TATA DOCOMO i have been calling for the past 1 week.till now, no proper solution. stupid service.

Absolutely, TATA DOCOMO Customer Service is so poor, it's a Shame...
Docomo has the worst customer care. Once they told me some service will not be auto-renewed unless I visit a particular link and that even if it gets renewed by any chance than they will return the deducted amount. Yes it did get auto renewed without me even lifting a finger and when I called them back he says I have to deactivate the service on my own and no refund will be given. I mean you could have said that to me before ?? And in docomo services get activated without user consent and all that the customer care has to say is its activated from your side.Docomo connectivity is also wonderful in its own sense. The signal connects/disconnects zillion times to give you a broken experience!

This is Arjun Sareen From Jabalpur. Yesterday I recharged my account with balance of Rs. 55/. because I got an sms from tatadocomo & that was a scheme (55 per 55 balance for those customer who have completed 1 years service from tatadocomo) as per your sms I recharge my account with Rs. 55/. but at the end that was a kind of special recharge where I got 110 mins National call but I don't want this special voucher & when I called in your customer Care even they are not able to solve my problem but they suggest me to complaint on this site. Now please if you convert my special recharge in normal recharge & provide me balance of 55 per 55 as per your scheme so it is great-full for me. because retail blaming company & company blaming retail now where should I go Please solve the problem ASAP. I recharged my account on 03/06/2011 & my mobile number is [protected]. This not first time I am facing this problem so many time I have faced the same problem that I recharge for another plan & another plan activated on my number.

hello sir my nane is arun s. iam from kerala trivandrum distic.propper place is cheriyakolla pin 695504, there is lot of young people are leving here. the main probil is we have no docomo signel ( no tower) we are alla loking for docomo connection becoz docomo hav very gud offers. about my velleg there is one school, hospital, one college etc there is any option to adding a tower to our villege. we are waiting for that, ok sir we are waiting for the reply, , , , ,

we are not getting our problem solved, we are charged for 10rs perday. why we are your customarse we not getting solution to our problems insed of getting solution custumer care office they tell call this number, if we call they give another nu are they jokeing with us TATAs should wake up and solve the issue rather regretting and justifying that they had a tremendous response in the market because of their scheme.. they should not have sold SIM cards when their towers are not in position to handle calls. and the same goes with their customer care centre. one has to call repeatedly 121 to get someone who who again chew your brain rather solving the problems. the staff are uneducated who are recruited in their call . i want u to deactivate all the scheme of my mobile.i want u to stop cutting the money from the accounts of people
I DID A RECHARGE FOR rs.48/- TO ACTIVATE TATA DOCOMO GPRS AND I GT CONFIGURATION SETTINGS ALSO.I TRIED TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE BT TAT TOO IN VAIN.kINDLY PROVIDE ME SOLUTION FOR THAT
I am very dissappointed with your postpaid service. I got my airtel no ported to Docomo postpaid in the month of march . after using it for 15 days, I got a call from your office that the porting is rejected and they asked me to take a new sim with the same last 5digits no . within one day they came home and gave me a new sim and took 300Rs from me saying it will be deducted in the coming bills. the next day when I called customer care, they said that the old no is not rejected at all . then immediately I called the person who got me the sim and he told me that ha cant help me . then i called customer care and informed them .they said I had to go to head office . as my children had exams <i couldnt come . so I requested to do the needful on phone > they said ok and also said they will send some one to collect the sim and return the money . but no one came . then again I called and they they said that my request has been accepted but they cannot return the doccuments and it is in safe hands and they also said the amount will be sent within 45 days to my address.through post. but nothing such happend . instead I started getting bills every month >every month after getting bill I make no of calls explaining everytime they say my complaint has been accepted, I dont need to pay and every time since then the same thing is happenning . but last month your company person called me and said every thing is rectified and nothing to worry about it . this month again your company calls and tells my 2 months bill is pending and when I told him the whole thing . now he is telling that I had to mail to your company regarding cancellation . now we are wondring why was this not told earlier. I am very upset with your procedure . If I want a new sim your reppresentative is here in one day >. but some problem and a mistake by your company nobody takes any step andthey are triubling us . please do the needful as I am not able to come . my porting no is [protected] and the new sim which your person forcefully made me buy is [protected] . . my first complaint was given on 28/3/11 . second complaint no .[protected]. again on 27/4/11 i gave another complaint and the no . is[protected]. again complaint no . 26836353 . last call was from Paromita on 16 / 6/11 sayin that my cancellation has been accepted and I dont need to pay anything.
Tata will shut down soon in telecom sector.Thats why they are encouraging users to leave it.make my words count
My sim card is not working it has become corrupt, I cannot call anyone, send sms, receive call. When I call or receive sms or do anything my mobile hangs. What should I do?

Very very worst COSTOMER CARE SERVICE in rajasthan. your staff service is like a dog who faithfully only for our food and bite our honor. your care people is not attentive for any customer. he is very lazy. i telling u for gprs help but gprs department is not attend my call and not answer my call. i must not be download. An error accrued is intrruped download. i have three sim card of docomo but i fill that it is dust for me. i calling you from 1 month but not answer my call...

i hav got an gprs activation on [protected]..but its not working.. and when contacted to customer care the answer was about the settings problem, but the thing is they did not provid with the exact solution, so please request to solve this problem as soon as possible...
and the rates for 3g connecting is too high and nonrealiable that it shows some deduction but deducts more than that.. thats too bad

my balance is Rs.13/- before few minutes now its shown Rs0.01/- and its happen from last 2 weeks. After calling to costumer care exicutive he told me that some sevice(99 service) is activited. I called from last 2 weeks to stop this service but this service had not stop & my balance is cutting continiousely plz give me refund & stop the service

I ACTIVATED MISS CALL ALERT ON 12 AUG AROUND 7.30 PM .BUT I DONT GET MISCALL ALLERT, NOW DOCOMO CUST...CARE SERVICE IS WORST.I UNABLE TO CONTACT IT.
WHENEVER I TRY 2 CONTACT IT BUSY THEM.
SOMTIME THEY CUT BALANCE UNNECCESURY.

Iam using TATA DOCOMO connections as newly i request GPRS connections for my mobile number [protected] and i receive it and saved it as default after that i lost 99 rupees from main balance i call to customer care they told that charged for the games downloading but i not access the GPRS on that time just i save settings as default...

You must need to debit my money within next day otherwise i will definitely change my network i really disappoint on your service provider you must solve this problem on 18/08/2011 otherwise i put a case on your networks i have do it seriously.So, solve this problem on next day itself
