[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

I am being charge Rs.1 daily. I have not activated any pack.When i have called to CC who said something calander pack has been activated.I tried to deactivate it at 155223 but i have not got confirmation message.i hope after seeing this message CC will deactivate calander pack offer.My cell number is [protected].

Dear Sir, It is to inform you that the service provided by your esteem company is a painful for the customer. Any organisation leads only when they feel that they are the carrier for the customer and not a barrier to the customer. The VAS is being activated without the concurrence of the customer and the same is being refunded on making a call to 121 (Customer Care) after brainwashing. I am also a victim of the ibid complain for several times. It is not understood weather any planned management system exists in your organisation or you are suffering with crisis management. The funny thing which has came to notice that after activating the VAS, you cannot contact to 121 as such it will respond that all the executives are busy, please dial after some time but at the same time the executives are available if the call are made with some other docomo numbers. Isn’t a joke? Hence, it can be construed that you are cheating to the innocent people. For example if such incident is being done with the village people who are innocent and does not have literacy in communication system has to suffer the losses. Notwithstanding why one should call to 121 and beg for refund once the mistakes are committed by you. Simply saying “We regret for the inconvenience” by your CUSTOMER CARE is not a permanent solution hence you are requested to pay special attention in resolving the problems with good mechanism. This affects the goodwill of your organization because customers have the option to switchover to other networking.

Shende i am using TATA DOCOMO SIM my unwanted amount has been deducted for game downloading which i have not downloaded please return my balance of Rs. 22 .MY no is [protected].I am calling from Nagpur and really i am getting frustrated because o[censored]nwanted amount deduct many times from your side .please refund .today at 21/11/12 on 4:20 to 4:30pm they have deducted.

HI My name is Shailendra Singh using Tata Docomo service from last 2 yrs, the basic problem from your side is, it is very tough to talk to your customer care, very poor service.i tried lots of time to contact to the customer care but every time i found that your officers are busy on other call.
There is no other option to contact to your customer care, how could we share our problems with you.

Network very-very poor;
We get frustrated to try every time to your customer care and we found no reply;

please issue 1 or 2 more customer care numbers where we can contact to your officers easily;

HELLO... Till yesterday that is upto 28 of december my SMS Charges were Re.0.01 paise per sms, but today that is on 29 December the SMS charge has been taken Re.0.60 paise without any prior information... Some times the network coverage at certain palces are not available... TATA DOCOMO has been too miserable for me... If this continues, ill be forced to break the sim card and shift to other service...

I request AUTHORITIES OF TATA DOCOMO to take necessary steps regarding this complaint, , , , , , , ,

on mobile i got sms saying that spl recharge for rs. 75 and get rs.90 talktime with unlimited validity. get rs. 70 talktime immediately + rs.20 extra talktime in 48 hours. offer only for today. my no. is [protected]. i have got rs.70 talktime but haven't got 20 rs. yet the 48 hours are over. i have recharged on that day only.
and your customer care officers are not responding our calls.

I, Md.Tausif Sanjar lost my sim card([protected]) 3 weeks back, the service has been stopped upon request but there are no sims available from the day I lost the card.

Its a shame for the company which cannot provide sim to their users in a metro city like kolkata. I have been running to the docomo outlet at park street and one in south city mall. The representative do not have any manner how to behave and cheap hospitality, may be they are not educated.You people charge per second but you do not value customers time. Shameless!! Stop giving all the funny advertisement.

So, under the circumstances I am going to the court to file a case for punitive damages and harassment faced by me against the tata teleservices.
I have enough of proofs(written and video evidence) to file a case against the company.
