[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Worst signal | |
I am a resident of East Tambaram, Chennai and I recently bought a tata docomo connection but since then I am not able to make any calls properly as the signal is very very poor and the call gets disconnected most of the time. Also most of the time my mobile displays "Emergency calls only" and I am not even able to contact the customer care. Because of this, I had to switch back to my existing Aircel connection. Day by day the signals of Docomo are going week. Even in the areas like Tarnaka, OU, Habsiguda there are no signals. And several times the messages gets failled.
Even the calls get disconnected. Customer care never gets connected. 121 is useless. After trying atleast 100 times once i spoke to them.
The authorities should take necessary action or else how the demand raised in begining in the same way people wil throw the sims

We would like to assure you that we at Tata DOCOMO use stringent measurement and control applications to ensure that you receive error-free services. We are continuously working towards upgrading our network to ensure that the coverage is as extensive as possible.
However, despite our best efforts there are times when it becomes very difficult to define the exact range of the coverage. We regret to inform you that we would be unable to immediately improve the indoor coverage in your area. We would like to assure you that our network team is working on improving the services by planning cell sites, throughout the city."
Corrective actions have been taken to rectify the Customer Care problems.

my name is saifullah and i have being using tata docomo since 1 month, and there are so many problems in the connection there is no network in my house or my office morever my outgoing calls were banned before i get my bill, the major problem is that when i got a bill for 1095rs tata docomo has sent a person to my home several times and that person is so arrogant he is harrassing me like anything so i request the concern person to give me an explanation on sending a person to my house and why that person is harrasing me to pay the bill before my bill date.

I got this connection from DoCoMo a month ago and have been cursing myself almost everyday for replacing this number as my corporate number henceforth. The signal problem is pathetic and believe me when I say this, "I don't get proper signal even at prime places in Chennai like Elliot's Beach at Besant Nagar. To worsen things I am totally cut off once I reach my home @ Kelambakkam. I have had to reactivate my old number and tender an apology to all my clients and recirculate this to all of my contacts. It has been a harrowing experience. The only reply I get when I try and lodge a complaint is to wait for another 2 months.

my pals and me are deeply regretting for taking the service of DOCOMO...we consider this paltriest among all the other services..and the customer care is blithsome...causing us umpteen problems...
i am sure that if this is the case, , your sevices would be lacking public gauche...ppl will be extremely reveled if you absolve this problem...

It has very poor signal. I bought it just a month back it is very poor that we pay that much bill but not able to get signal in Anna nagar chennai 101 west extension
Signal in the office is v bad ... i am not able to here any thing ... i am working at banjara hills road no 2 sanali tech park.
I am using doco since a year Every thing is cool with it sms scheme lower net charges, BUT BIG PROBLEM IS ITS VOICE CLARITY,

my name is sudhir kumar and i have being using tata docomo since 5 month, and there are so many problems in the connection there is no network in my house or my office the major problem is that when my call is disconnect between the call.my no. is [protected]. I stay in Jakpur kharagpur-721301. Due to signal problem in not able to get signal inside my house / office because of this reasons i m not able to receive important calls ...so i kindly request u to solve this problem otherwise we change the no. in another service provider.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We will resolve your problem as soon as possible. We require you contact number to log network issue. We are also sorry for the Customer care problem. We received overwhelming response from our customer due to which we initially faced congestion problems. However, corrective actions have been taken to resolve the call center connectivity problem.
