[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — No Network in whole of Mumbai

I bought a prepaid sim on the 19/08/09 and since the past 24 hrs I have absolutely no network coverage on my mobile. I called the customer care and had to wait for 20mins just to get connected to a advisor who told me that due to network congestion I have no network coverage on my mobile and when I asked him when will this issue be sorted he didnt have any answer and couldnt help me with any details so as to which are the areas affected, he promised a call back which I never got. TATA Docomo service is completely pathetic and I never expected this from TATA. <B> SHAME ON YOU TATA <B>

Same thing happened to me too...I bought the postpaid SIM yesterday (I am using it in New Bombay), there is no network connectivity, it shows up for a minute & disappears quickly; I haven't been able to make a single call yet. Its frustrating.

But I do have a faith in TATA...& I'm hoping that they will resolve it soon.

There is no defined time limit but network team is working on building up the network coverage. Please apologize since refund of activation charges or Sim card charges would not be possible even if customer cancels immediately after activation.

Tata Docomo — Network Problem Not sorted out from last 1 month

Hello Team,

There is a issue with Tata Docomo Network (Cell No. [protected]) at my residence at PuneI am not getting even single network bar @ my home.

I have registered complaints more than 5 times with customer care @ 121 for this issue, but every time I am getting answer as your issue is been sorted out and it is closed. I am finding very poor feedback now as there is no proper service provided to me.

Please note that I am working with corporate and no cell connectivity can harm my currier. Hence requesting you to please sort tout this issue on priority.

I started using Tata docomo since yesterday.
took me 1 week and onstant calls to the sales guy to get it activated. and when i switched it on for first time in my home, there was huge network fluctuations. I had to stand and lean out of the window to make a proper conversation. i was reminded of good old days when We used to face such issues.
I stay in Kulupwadi Borivali E.
Today morning when coming to my office in Powai, I faced network drops on the flyover between Times Of India and Oberoi mall on Western Express Highway. And Inside my office in Powai also I dont get constant network coverage.

I know that it is a new network, and will take time to ramp up and reach stability, but as far as I am concerned, being connected is most important for me. Guess I will go back to my old number.

I was really hoping that Tata Docomo would be good... But alas!!!

I am Venkatesh Maheshwaram R, residence of Mumbai, Naigaon, DADAR (East), Near New BDD Chawl, I bought Tata Docomo connection 3 (Three) months ago, till today i have not get nework in my area or society, i have make 10-15 complaints with Tata Docomo about network problem but still they are not solve my area network problem, i request you to take necessay action to solve my network problem as early as possible.

Hey TATA DOCOMO!, why are u not learning from your past experiences and repeating history once again?? when you initially started the CDMA, TATA INDICOM, you had the same problem with NETWORK! and hence Reliance took the piece of pie! NOW though having such a competitive market, you still plan to create a blunder!? why TATA why!...people all over India respect and trust your brand and call it "The Brand For The Common Man"...why do you want that to change even after you die??... and now i learn that you are looking for your successor, who will not be an Indian! ... what was the need for huge acquisitions in the previous years? you could have been more inclined to invest that for the betterment of our country...as you have always done!

in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
to recharge our mobiles.

& it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

1. www.babuchak.com (Free of cost)

2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center

Tata Docomo — poor network & conjection

dear sir i am using 2 connections of tata docomo from last 5-6 months & i am having network problem from the begining.i have complained so many times bt no action is taken.i also having the problem of no contact from others.i am not getting the calls and the messeges from last 7 days & i have alredy lounched a complaint against that in tata docomo & the complaint no. is MWK09461296.plz can anyone help me out of this.

I bought a Tata DOCOMO connection in Jan, 2010.The advertising campaign is very good but the network is very poor in Juhu, Mumbai. The signal is very bad...comes and goes so calling is also difficult...not to mention call drops.
Also the customer care service is slow...long waiting time to reach representative etc
Pls address these issues as fast as possible..What is the use of 1p/s, Buddynet if no network!!
