[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Sim Cards Not available,

Hi.
Is Tata Docomo Company is really wants to survive in the market or just they are getting bad exposure in the market, No body is able to get the sim card ...I really wants to know the strategy what they want to bring in the market.. Customers are facing a bad experience of the sim available in the market with a huge cost..

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Retailers are selling the TATA DOCOMO sim cards at a higher price because of the excess demand in the market. We are working towards rectifying this problem. We have been alerted about the issue and will take care of it in due course.

Therefore, I request you to activate the card or replace me the new activated card so that i can use the number one mobile card of your reputed company (TaTa DOCOMO SIM CARD)

In Prepaid, there is no CUG or choice number option.

In Postpaid, customer can make a number choice (vanity numbers are chargeable). CUG is available only for Enterprise Business Segment.

I have taken a Tata Docomo Sim card and even after 12 hours, the card has not yet been activated. The nuber is [protected]. Please let me know the, what is the reason behind it and why it takes so long for Docomo for the activation of the number, I have submitted the Pan Card(Id proof), Mobile Bill(Address Proof) and two passport size photographs. Let me know, if the documentatation is not proper and if there is any other reason.

Hi Team,

I have a bad experience with TATA DOCOMO, for the past three months iam using DOCOMO sim ([protected])and suddenly by outgoing calls got blocked without any notification.
While enquring Customer care they informed me due to verificatioin is not happened, this is the second time TATA DOCOMO people is troubling me for resubmitting the documnets, as i alrrady submittedb the same twice once with retailer and next time dirctly in your Kormangla office bangalore, Karnataka.

I feel bad to say that TATA DOCOMO's irresponsibility of proper updating their database, becuaes of the same iam in trouble and nobody helping me to sort the issue.

One thing is clear that iam not going to resubmit the documnets again, please investigate on this where is miss happen from your office at Kormangala or it is a human eror in updating the database.

Kindly chekc and activate by calls at the earliest., if you can't help on this kindly replay so that i can go for a NEW SERVICE PROVIEDER WHO IS GIVING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have bought 2 Docomo sims, nos. one is blocked due to retailer not having submitted my documents, the other has now suddenly stopped working, shows sim rejected.
Guess i should just throw them both out and resolve never to ever think of doing the new.
Terrible how a tata company can be so very very terrible in customer service.
