My Docomo no is [protected]. My outgoing is barred from 24 th sept. i called cust care manier times but they told first time that ur outgoing will start soon but still it is barred and also logged a complaint at [protected]@tatadocomo.com. But they have not responded. It was due to verification problem so I again resubmitted my documents, but still the same.

my tata docomo sim outgoing calls have been temporarily barred for last 4 days. i coudnt able to make a single call from my mobile, i have bought the sim from salem, tamil nadu from dealer named prakash . i have given temporary adress bcoz i am a student in salem & my native is kerala, no good reply from the customer care... i have been cheated... plz take appropriate action please, no one be again cheated, my tata no is [protected], my other no are [protected], [protected]...

I have booked for retail business in which i have given my documents to your executive Mr.Murugan and is contact no:[protected], still he has not given the sim card as well as the documents. I have given the document 15 days before but he called me before five days and told that your sim has received still he could't able to come to my address and he is telling some stories which he could't come to my address. I have booked in the name of S V Agencies and am the dealer for the other phone also. I have alots of customers kindly arrange someone to handover the sim card or give my documents immediately.

hai, my docomo is rejeceded for last 4 days. i coudnt able to make a single call from my mobile, i have bought the sim from salem, tamil nadu . i have given all original proofs, i am a business man in salem, no good reply from the customer care... i have been cheated... plz take appropriate action please, no one be again cheated, my tata no is [protected], my sim no is[protected] please clear my problem, i have lost more important calls please solve my problem

Nager submitted my documents So many times I went to retailer shop But they have not responded, Customer Care Executives told me to go to retailer shop.
But still i am facing problem. I want a permanent solution.
Dont avoid my request Please help me to fix my problem as soon as possible.

Pls respond to this and take a strict action against them.
