[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Sim Card not Activated

I am a resident of Kolhapur. I had purchased Tata Docomo sim card on 19th October,2009 and submitted all proofs required on that very day and was assured that my card would be activated within 1 hr but nothing of this sort had happened. I have already lodged a complaint with the customer care service of DOCOMO but it seems that no action was taken.
It has been 3 days and i have not been able to use the service.Customer care told that no activation charges have been sent from the retailer but its just the opposite of what the retailer had said. I had purchased it for Rs 350 but now i feel its of no avail. Please Take some serious step and look into this matter urgently.
