[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Sim Card not Activated

Dear sir,
I am a resident of Kolhapur. I had purchased Tata Docomo sim card on 19th October,2009 and submitted all proofs required on that very day and was assured that my card would be activated within 1 hr but nothing of this sort had happened. I have already lodged a complaint with the customer care service of DOCOMO but it seems that no action was taken.
It has been 3 days and i have not been able to use the service.Customer care told that no activation charges have been sent from the retailer but its just the opposite of what the retailer had said. I had purchased it for Rs 350 but now i feel its of no avail. Please Take some serious step and look into this matter urgently.

I Purchased TATA DOCOMO Just 4 days before and it has not been activited and i even payed for the rs200 pack and they told me it would be done but it was not done

Sir, I have purchase one GSM Tata Docomo SIM from Choudhury Video Palace, Gosaninuagam, Berhampur (Ganjam) Odisha by submitting all required documents and field form on 11/12/2012. My SIM Card No. is [protected] which is not yet activated. The Document are in the name of Sri Krishna Chandra Sabat. So, Please take care for immidiate activation of my SIM as stated above. So, That I will talk to my related persons who are residing out of the state.
I bought a TATA DOCOMO Sim Card No [protected] on 4th of May and it is not yet activated even if I had submitted proper address proof. The retailer tells me to contact customer care and the customer care tells me to contact the retailer. This is even more pathetic considering the fact that I bought the sim from a TATA Docomo store in Old Madras Road and not from any other retailer.
I bought a DOCOMO sim card ([protected]) from a Docomo store in Old Madras Road, Opposite to Gopalan Cinemas on 4th April. I have submitted all the required documents and photograph as well. But, It has been a week and the no has not been activated. The retailer tells me to contact customer care and the customer care tells me to contact retailer. The retailer is a authorized Docomo store and this kind of service is pathetic. It is extremely low level of customer service that a sim card cannot be activated in a week. The TV advertisements seem to be a mere eyewash.
I bought a new sim card two days back and the Docomo people were supposed to activate the sim yesterday but it has not been activated yet..

i bought a new SIM cars a month ago and it still isnt activated. when i told the shop guy he told me to wait for a while. ive waited for a month now ... it still isnt activated. can you please help me? i have submitted my proofs for the SIm card and alll the required documents .
