[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Very week signal or no signal

Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Kalyan Chakravarthy having good faith on TATA organisation took TATA DOCOMO sim in the month of Aug 2009 bearing number 91 [protected].

I am having two complaints regarding this.
1. Week signals or no signals
2. Cannot make calls or receive calls to and from others.

There were three towers around my colony, but i am not getting signals in my house (individual house and getting other operators signals FULL).

I have telephoned three times to the customer care
1. First time, they told this is because of huge connections, problem will be rectified within 15 days - but not solved.
2. Second time, they told that instrument is not working properly better change. i told with the same instrument i am doing calls with other operators.
3. Third time, they told that towers capacity to be increased and it will take minimum 1 month time - but still not rectified.

I don't understand, if the towers are not capable enough then why these operators are selling more sims. First they have to resolve the problems and start giving fresh sims. What is TRAI doing? why can't it take action. so many people are loosing money. though they are small if consolidated it will be in crores of rupees.

I am very much dissappointed with the services / support from tata docomo. Kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

Sir I m a docomo customer with the number [protected]. I don't havve network coverage in my area (Palode, located 40 km from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala). So I hereby request you to kindly do the needful to get this problem fixed.

in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just

Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center
