[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Excess (Fake) Tata Photon Bill

I bought TATA photon connection (A/C no[protected] on 28th May 2009. I was told 20 GB free usage, the breakup for this usage was not explained to me. I did not receive any call from TATA to explain the plan after activation. My TATA landline (which I was using for the past 5 years) was clubbed with the Photon connection without any prior notice.
My credit limit was Rs. 4300/- (Copy of which is attached) and I have received a bill for Rs. 28,911- total of 14 GB out of which 10 GB was free the first month so I received a discount of 20,000 making my total bill for Photon as Rs. 8,911/-. I don’t understand how my bill exceeded the credit limit. I requested for an itemized bill which has numerous errors and appears faulty. My photon and landline connection was terminated suddenly on the 7th July.
I have visited the head office and the Customer Care Centers at Andheri & Santacruz personally several times but have still not received any response from them. I have all letters and copies o[censored]sage details including an activation form which clearly states my credit limit and the fact that TATA will be responsible to notify me if there is any sudden increase in my usage.
TATA is now asking me to pay atleast Rs.6500/- But I am not willing to pay any amount since they have caused a lot of inconvenience to me by suddenly disconnecting my landline & Photon connections and forcing a fake bill onto me. Instead I want them to activate my landline at no cost.
