Here I would like to make an appeal to Indian Customer for not to go for TATA Docomo as its service is too bad both in terms of its network and Customer Problem Solving.At its Customer Care, differen reasons are cited for a problem in yours service at different time. Although there plan and tariffs are quite attractive and attracts customer towards its service, but once you become its customer then all these special and innovative tariffs will fizzle out in front of worst service they provide. these people r money robbers.they r robbing from our account balance.if we r ?ing they r telling sorry and giving back money after long time.So i was thinking only one thing that these people r beggars.
I humbly request the consern people to come in front of my house and beg 4r money.then i wil think they r eligable or not.
it only happens when u use divein apn with proxies and try to access web for free..i havent lost even a single paise!!
tatadocomo postpay — billing issue and no response for complaint raised .
I have buy the postpay connection of tatadocomo on 11th april from vasai west outlet from miss kiran(representative name)n I have said her to put a addon pack of 75(T2T) but it wasn't got activated and I was under impression that it is activated and made a call. I have a proof of recording done of conversation.When I complained on customercare they give token no and its get closed automatically without informing me. I believe they are in hurry toi close the ticket.
Today I was really suprised with the reponse I received from customer care for ticket no.[protected], that we have not to take any complain from you for this.
We will not do anything and you have to pay.
Even I have mailed seral times on their email I'd listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com but never got the revert for the same.
I am fade up with following with the docomo guys. I request some to help me and provide me the proper authority contact no to help.

First i recommend to all o[censored] don't choose tata docomo as a service provider . this is the worst service provider not in india but world i suffered so many times for that i lost my job due to poor network , those are in customer care services they r not well trained ,

I do not understand what the problem is in refunding the security deposit even after 5 months of disconnecting the service. To a series of my complaints in the last 4-5 months the following are the replies I have received from you, which you can see in the trail mail below:
1. As per your mail, we would like to inform you that, a complaint has been registered vide docket no.[protected] and is expected to be resolved by 01-JAN-2012 15:43:05.
2. We would like to inform that the refund amount (if any) will be given after 67 days of cancellation request raised.
3. Please be informed that we have registered your concern related to delay in refunds with docket number[protected]. The same will be resolved by 26-APR-2012 14:04 and you will be duly notified upon closure. Kindly make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. (This is the latest reply)
In the reply 1 above, you had indicated that the issue would be resolved by 01-JAN-2012 15:43:05, indicating even the hour, minute and seconds. After that date 14 weeks have elapsed. Nothing has been done. When I complained again, your reply was "Please be informed that we have registered your concern related to delay in refunds with docket number[protected]. The same will be resolved by 26-APR-2012 14:04 and you will be duly notified upon closure".
I wonder how long you go on giving this type of false promises indicating the date and time to the point of seconds without really doing any thing.
Under the circumstances I am forced to think:
1) Whether your organization ( I mean people working there) has gone mad.
2) Whether it is handy work of some useless employees of the organization.
3) Whether it is the policy of the organization to delay the payments of several (thousands) customers so that that money is utilized for your business.
4) Whether your organization has become bankrupt and as a result is not in a position to repay the customers' security deposit ever after several months and even after several complaints and in spite of your organization promising to pay before some dates, hours, minutes and seconds several times.
A small business man will refund this kind of amount in matter of hours or at the most few days. But alas! one of the biggest organizations of India is not in a position to refund just Rs. 1000=00 even after several months in spite of repeated complaints from the customers and repeated promises from you. It is a pity and a matter of great concern. It definitely brings down the reputation of TATA organization.
My suggestion is that if you are in such a pathetic condition which is making you unable to refund such a small amount, it is better close down the organization for good so that other teleservices companies can give better service to the customers who are being harassed continuously by you. Please do this in the larger interest of the customers who are being harassed by your organization for the last several months.
In fact, this should be brought to the notice of your MD and other higher officers so that they may try to clean of this mess and set right the things. Also other teleservice companies should be informed of what you are doing to your customers so that they will be in a better position to avoid such situations.
Finally, I want you to refund my security deposit along with interest for delayed payment immediately, failing which I may have to approach the appropriate authorities for relief. Similarly, as has been already intimated in my last complaint, my sister-in-law ( phone No.[protected] is another aggrieved person. Her security deposit may also be refunded immediately along with interest.

How come any telecom company charged value added service charge above 550 for just four days.

Tata Docomo — Not providing talk time after paying the amount of 500 Rs
Hello,I want to complain against Tata docomo.
My number is [protected]. I bought their 3G plan which provides 500 MB of 3G data and 60000 seconds of talk-time local, national and roaming as they claim on their site under 3G recharge options.
I paid 500 Rs/- for this plan and bought this plan. Now, I am on roaming and whenever I make a call, they are deducting money from my balance and not from the talk-time that I have purchased by paying 500 Rs/-.
When I called their customer support, their customer service representative told me that no plan of Tata Docomo works on roaming and when I told her that it has been mentioned on their web-site that it is for roaming too, she kept repeating that "I regret the inconvenience caused to you, but nothing can be done" . She kept repeating this thing showing the attitude that she can not help. I asked to speak to her senior and after a long wait, the senior came online. I told her the situation and she was not ready to accept if such thing happened. When I threatened her that I will go to consumer court as I have got all the proof of recharge and that it has been mentioned on their site that they provide the service on roaming too, she asked me to wait some time saying that she has registered the complain.
I was not given any registered complaint number and my balance is still being deducted rather than the talk-time that I have purchased. This is an open robbery I would consider for common people like us.
Please take action against these people or guide us how to proceed legally against them.

I am using TATA DOCOMO near about 1.5 year. i am the regular user of internet in my phone. Earlier the speed of tata docomo was around 15-23 kbps. Now it has around 3 kbps. M from haryana....my no [protected]. I concerned this problem with customer care executive but no results. So I have decide to switch to another operator... by using potability..
i am not able to recive my 3g settings and when i call the customer care they r telling itzz busy ... i have been waiting for almost a day now ... i recharged my 250rs offer and i am not able to use the net...

We are not able to use the handset because its charger is not in working condition and we don't get it easily out. Our hand piece is not working and we want to cancel the number so we contacted the consumer care and they gave me nearest branch Nerul as we stay in Kharghar but to our first shock there was no such outlet and we looked out in nearby area and we found it very far off than original address. To our second shock the consumer care personMr. Shaikh Asif told me to get the person's himself to do the task. We got all the documents copy but he insisted to get the original. To just cancel the phone number we have to bear the harrasment and to get the new connection the person reach to your home for all follow up formalities.

There is balance deduction in every 2 days. I m so angry that I have to recharge in every 2 day now the situation is that a mini recharge I have to kept in my pocket
my name is naidu. i am using [protected]. i am recharged my mobile with Rs250 on 31-jan-2013. but i am not getting unlimited internet. about this issue i am contacted customer care . i called customer care 5 days in 5 times. they gave different different reasons for why i am ot getting internet like " you dont have settings, we are sending settings, please call 121 after that dial 322221 ....like this " finally my last call transfered to superior officer Ms.Puja . she said sir you have 5 plans on your mobile thats why you are not getting internet" and she said " i deactivating your on of 5 plans and i will activate your unlimited internet plan in 72 hours ". i am waited 72 hours but my issue is not resolved. on that day on wards i am trying to call to cutomercare. but my call is not connecting to customercare. stupid service ....i am trying every day to call to cutomer care. every time it saying all our cutomercare excecutives are busy please try after some time. this is been happening sice last 5 days. why this to me........... i am not getting internet.......i am wasting time to call to customercare ......i am tired all of these.... i want my money refund other wise i am ready to file case on Ms.Puja who told me about issue resolvation and i will file a case on tatadocomo in consumercourt .... i will drag Those people into court....

one day i am tried to recharge with 18r.s for gprs. but i didn't get any gprs bal. when i approached operator he said recharge is done. when i am called to customer care about this issue they are saying sorry sir we changed plans from 18 to 21. then i asked what about my amount. they are saying sorryyy. what about my bal. how will know plans are changed suddenly. ...its very rude.

On another nummber of tata docomo, without my knowledge, live jyotish got started and inspite of calling many times it was not turned off. Every time i recharged the money went into it. I was forced to not to use that number
