[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — very bad Network service

This is Prashant Mahajan. I am using TATA DOCOMO since last 6 months.
From last two weak I am facing very big network problems. Even in Pune city I was not reachable on mobile. I had to bear loss of new job oppertunities.
TATA DOCOMO is not providing basic service to customer, by this way they will be lossing lot of customer. I am very upset to have this kind mobile service.

tata docomo, tata indicom — Worst service

tata docomo prepaid and tata indicom postpaid is providing worst service in the sector, compared to any other service provider in panjagutta. calls are getting dropped in between, gprs is unable to connect, network strength is wavering each second. complained at least 15 times from each phone of 5 here and having connections 10+ in my stay. customer care assures each time by some reference number claims that it will be clear in 24hours/ 3 days and still the same persists.

Tata Docomo Teleservices Bangalore — Wrong Bill charges against my mobile no and not providing office

Hi,

I have been using tata docomo postpaid service mobile no : [protected] from almost 1 year and last month i have started using 3G service of tata docomo .

This month tata docomo have charged more than my my credit limit .When i saw my bil,l i found they have charged wrongly as per my knowledge .When i contacted customer care of tata docomo on 18th feb 2011 .they took a complaint no :[protected] and said issue will be resolved within 48 hours but from that they everyday customer care will say it will be solved within 24 hours and vice versa .Its now 8 days and again these guys are saying that it will solved .

Its a mental harrassment for me as i am getting calls also to make a payment otherwise they will disconnect the services and they hav done that two times.

Can i get any help fo this case from consumer forum ?

In my cell Jobs on mobile service has been activated without my consent, i had called customer care many times but could not reach the customer care executives, so i request you that deactivate this service which i dont need this service. can any one do this as soon as possible...

TATA Indicom — Network issue & Poor customer service

This is to bring to your notice that i have been facing network issue on number [protected]/[protected]/65202843

I have been a very old customer with TATA with a number of connections, but it is unfortunate to say that I now feel it was the biggest mistake I could make.
I have been facing network issues for so many months, and whenever I have complained to the customer service, it was nothing more than a horrible experience (“We understand how you feel” & “We will look into it” and blah blah blah) but to no avail. Your associates are unprofessional, stubborn, insensitive and downright blunt.

My experience with TATA:

Ø I do not get good coverage
Ø Whenever I receive a call I see good network and then moment I answer the call the network collapse and call drops
Ø So I have to outcall the person again as could not do due to call drop
Ø Even the miss call alert that I have gives and alert “I don’t know after how many hours”
Ø I do not receive the text message on time
Ø Due to unnecessary out call my bills are high
Ø Your customer service associate are just not interested in talking “just want to finish the call”
Ø They do not call back when call drops
Ø I have been struggling to convert my number to Pre-Paid for last 3 months

Ø This phone is used by my mother
Ø This is my pre-paid number on which I am getting marketing calls and sms
Ø I requested the customer service to stop it since 10th March but it’s still not stopped
Ø I often gets frustrated as my mom gets disturbed every day when she is sleeping in the afternoon
Ø The sms and the calls are for your internet connection or for ring tones
Ø I just don’t need it but failed to stop it and laid all my weapons in front of you
Ø Now the only options that I am left with is to throw away the sim card for ever

I called up your customer service on 13th may and spoke to one of the Team leader name Sapna she promised me call back within 2 hrs but did not call back not I received call back on the complain that I registered. I called on 18th May again and spoke to one of the assistant manager name Satish Chaugula he was trying to help me and showed concern but I did not like the way he spoke to me towards the end was just trying to run away from his responsibility and avoiding me for which I gave him the feedback. I am actually getting tired of the run around and calling the customer service again and again.. Please resolve my issue at the earliest. And very important please provide training to the advisors for giving better customer service. And I also need compensation for all the hassle that I have faced

Sub: (Fed up with very poor and substandard service from Tata Docomo In spite Of Innumerable Complaints to customer care)

This is to bring to your kind notice the problem I have been facing of very poor service/no signal at all for the past one year. I have lost count of the number of complaints made to the customer care and the number of visits paid to the office. Every time I make a call to the customer care but same answer our technical person will visit your area and contact with you still nobody come here. Although the tower is 1.5 km from here but we can make a call. If by chance connect during the talk it disconnects.

I am fed up with this attitude of your personnel which reeks of the treatment meted out by the British to the Indians during the British Raj as all deaf ears have been turned towards my plight. I never expected this kind of shabby treatment to a consumer from a private company that prides itself in providing the best service without any discrimination on the basis of Class/ Economic status Etc.
I look forward to a quick response from your side failing which I shall be constrained to change my connection and painfully end my long association with Tata Docomo as a consumer.

The reason I migrated to prepaid because I was fed up with your horrible customer service
And about the promotional calls or messages to number - [protected] is from Tata indicom only

Even after migrating the number to prepaid I faced problems like
1)My documents which I submitted in your office was not send to the relevant department due to which my services were barred
2)Some person from your company changed my plan and so instead of getting charged 25p per min I was getting charged Rs1 per min
3)I paid Rs 35 for sms pack but your people were not able to recharge it for 15 days then later I was informed it’s not compatible with my package and then I finally did a recharge of Rs55 for the sms pack

Tata Docomo — Horrible service

Tata Docomo has one of the most incorrigible customer care.
Even though they will keep writing or telling you that they want to serve you best they will make your life mess..

I am going through a horrible experience with these people.

They have barred my corporate number due to negative address verification.
It was done after their their so called executive came to my house, took signature and went happy.

It has been 3 days i have been calling customer care, nodal officers etc but they are incorrigible.
they want 4 more days for god knows what. and no one is man enough to talk!!
They shy away.

Its the worst service provider I have ever known.

I wish them the worst in business and may all of them rot in Hell!
I am Alok and using docomo last one year. I am not at all getting good service. It's been 2 time 200rs and 169rs taken from my account and told that I have downloaded some games, but never downloaded. I was also trying to change my service provide from docomo to Airtel, but I could not. You people cannot provide good service and never allowed to change service provide also. 50 times if I call to customer care, even then also I am not able to contact you people.
Last Sunday (24 July 2011) I had balance of 40 rs and on Monday morning I seeing 10rs of balance in my account. I am trying to call you, but docomo bad service not allowing me to contact customer care, even I was calling bangalore's docomo local number [protected], and this is also switch off .
. Till today morning i am trying to call you. Still I don't know where is my 30 rs balance?
Please never use Docomo.

me docomo 4 years se use kar reha hu, par har baar mera bal cut kar diya jata h, complain karwane par bhi thk nhi kiya jata. phle bhi mene 3 numbers band karwa die the, ab jo 4 numbers beche h wo bhi band karwane padege, kyoki kal mere balance se 50 rs cut kar lie gae, pls refund mt 50 rupeees

tata docomo is worst one
i purchased specially 3g estick for speed. which company claim upto 7 mbps. inspite of several complaints & to nodal officers they are more like govt officers.
hence i took decision never to use any tata products bcs " there tag "nam hi kafi hai" is wrong..

they are bull in service and complaints.

really tata docomo giving a service i this is very bad that ranveer kapoor is doing marketing for this silly company, i also buy 3 g stick but i am getting aspeed of 15 to 20 kbps, this is very redicules
yes tata docomo is the worst service provider i have ever seen.they do not have persons to hear our complain.their stupid monthly pakages have taken away my hundreds of rs without even informing me.their network is unreachabe, their pakages are senseless and customer care service is worst
Dear Bad Service Provider,

With reference to my (Prepaid) DOCOMO No. [protected] there is no Network from yesterday Dt.[protected] and I tried N no. of times to your so called CUSTOMER SERVICE from our DOCOMO Postpaid connection and they told to call [protected] for prepaid users and when i talk to customer service people they have given [protected] and again those people have given [protected] and he told to call from other than DOCOMO service provider and I tried from [protected] VODOFONE and they put on hold for 61/2 mins NO RESPONSE... and again I tried its coming customer service people are busy please email us your query to [protected]@docomo.com.

Queries:

1. No proper response from customer service people
2. Why I have to call from other service provider
3. Why i can't call from DOCOMO postpaid (Because you are going to charge for it)
4. I went to nearest DOCOMO office in Mathikere Bangalore it was closed.

I am going to take this issue to consumer court and we have 2 postpaid connection in our House and we are going to close those accounts and i will post this issue in public Blogs.
I required immediate reply for my mail.

Tata Docomo — Poor Network and Customer Disservice

hi all, the commercials that say you get Docomo signal anywhere is false and misleading.
I've a Tata Docomo connection which rarely connects to the network. I get "No Signal" all over Bangalore.
In fact, I lose signal when I go from my hall to my bedroom or the signal goes into roaming mode.
I live near Whitefield.
Even if I get a signal, I'm not able to make calls easily. I've to dial 3 or 4 times and wait at least 2-3 minutes each time before the call connects or drops.
I've made numerous complaints to their customer service and each time, they tell me rudely that the network is fine and cut the call as I'm talking.
Complaint #s: NWK[protected], NWK[protected], NWK[protected]. I made some more complaints but I don't have the #s.
Now, I've made it my life's ambition to tell everybody I meet how poor the network is and ask them not to get Tata Docomo.
I own LG Optimus One Android phone. I've tried using other company SIMs in the phone and I don't have any problem with making or receiving calls with those SIMs. So, the problem is only with Tata Docomo.
