[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — very bad Network service

This is Prashant Mahajan. I am using TATA DOCOMO since last 6 months.
From last two weak I am facing very big network problems. Even in Pune city I was not reachable on mobile. I had to bear loss of new job oppertunities.
TATA DOCOMO is not providing basic service to customer, by this way they will be lossing lot of customer. I am very upset to have this kind mobile service.

TATA DOCOMO STORE (PUNCHKULA & CHANDIGARH) UNTRAINED TEAM MEMBER


Dear Sir,


I am very
delightful to be a part of family of tata docomo, first of all thanks to Mr.
Vikash ([protected]) for coming to my office to offer me a post pay SIM card of
Docomo as plan of 272 (not sure).


It was going
cool for period of 3-4 month, suddenly one call came around 8.30 pm (I forget
the date) person from docomo customer care & asked me whether I would like
to change my plan or not I clearly told that I use to do Local call & STD
call I am not using any internet or not any SMS Or No ISD call, I was told to
change the plan to 799 (not sure) for my convenient according to him I did. Last
few months I observed my bill is coming more than Rs 1700. Again I called up customer
care to change the plan as there is a unlimited call plan @ 899, they said you
have contact to nearest Docomo Outle as there is a deposit money issue. Ok that’s
granted for me, visited the nearest one
at punchkula sector 11 market store last month they asked me for my Identity
Card, which was not there with me on that time I was refused, that’s also cool
for me.


Today I went
to the same outlet at 11.00 am along with all the necessary documents they
clearly said It would not be possible here I have to go Mani Majra (Houseing
Board) for the same as I am not aware of Road direction the lady guide me.


Now Mani
Majra outlet, not a single person was there to attend me, after few munities
one girl without uniform approached to me I confused whether the girl is a
customer or the representative of the outlet... Ok I
was wrong I informed all the details & the problem she said that I have to deposit
Rs 850 as a security money on which Rs 500 will be returnable basis, Rs 300
will be adjusted on bill & Rs 50 as a service charge (not refundable) I
handed over to her my debit card & my driving licence then she discussed
with her senior, came back to me to asked any other ID proof do I have or not I
presented my Election Card (Voter ID card) then I had a word with that person
to whom the girl was discussed. According to him It would not be possible here
I have to go Sector 9 (Chandigarh) as it will take time to generate. I asked
him then why they (Sector 11 Panchkula) send me here, That gentleman was very rude
to me & said sector 11 is a franchises’ outlet o[censored]s you should know that,
what a stupid answer!!! I just surprised that how do I know whether its a
franchises or non franchises & why should I bother on that.. According to
that gentleman if I want to activate that plan then I have to go Sector 9
Chandigarh. I asked him can you assure me that I have not to suffer over there,
again he said there is only way that you have to go there I left that outlet
with a very bad impression, not listing to the customer any way.


It was too
hot outside at around 12.30 pm I Took the bus from Housing Board as I don’t know
more about Chandigarh City I asked the conductor to informed me when sector 9
will come ... it was my bad luck conductor wake up when the bus reached at
sector 17 bus stand. Again I took Rickshaw from there on asking to the people on
road I reached there around 1.30 pm


It was not a
calm atmosphere over there as a pre paid customer was shouting on his issue...
I got confused whether my problem will short it out or not


That concern
person was sitting to me not properly listing to me took the decision It would
not be possible here it will take one month time to activate. On informing him
that they (Mani majra outlet) send me . that gentleman rudely call to some one
(may it mani majra outlet) that why he send me there, these kind of case you
must send to mohali, whatever the system they are using the same system is
using here also. Ok boss not an issue now tell me how can I be cool over there I
was sitting over there to asked only one question why they send me here, that
gentlemen who is working in a customer care field gave the answer I AM HELPLESS
GO TO MANI MAJRA & ASKED THEM...Ok if I am helpless over there i met One
senior person ... Oh my God I think he needs more training than a fresher ..
not listening to me & started to
talk on high volume I said “Sir mai aap se kis tarah baat kar raha hu or aap
kayse baat kar raha ho... i requested him to listen me first. He was not
bothered to my problem & on asking him Can You listen to me first He
clearly said NO. I left that place with a very nice experience.


Came back to
mani majra store around 2.45 pm, I was too hungry & thirsty I was not in
mood to shout, thanks to that girl who offer me a glass of water. One of the
senior concern make me understand that why it will take time thats ok...


As I am human
being can understand the problem may occur but way of behaving of the staff can’t
tolerate. My whole day time spoiled only to change the plan that kind of
service is not expectable from Docomo. End of the day that’s conclusion is
coming no need to change the plan change the SIM (Number will remain same isn’t?).
I know it will not be effect, but I thought to inform you that’s why I informed.
Kindly give the training to your staff
that listen the customer first to understand not to argue there is a only way
to solve 90% of problems.

Horrible TATA Docomo WIFI service.

They have taken 4 days to send a engineer, highly recommend to go for any other internet service provider..

Have written to their chief - no response yet !

Worst network and customer service, never i seen.

My out going calls are banned, Nobodies responding.

Here am commenting also not at all use, this ###### won't response anything.

Very poor attention towards customer's grievances.For last two months deprieved of Docomo Wifi connectivity at Bhubaneswar.Despite several communications, they do not bother to customer's grievances.Rather bill is being raised & forced to pay the bill.Don't bother to customer's problem.
