Tata Docomo — Improper and fraudulent services | |||
My number is [protected], I've been using this for the past 6 months. There is an improper assistance and they are repeating the same thing as they are not technically sound and they are ignorant too, the customer service candidates. They have been telling me that I was browsing the tata docomo dive in page and I was using dive in settings for browsing. But i was damn sure that i deleted the "dive in" settings as i received it. I just used Docomo Internet settings for browsing. After getting my balance zero each time, i called them and they finally after losing some 150Rs they filed a complaint. And after a day they told me that i was charged legally and the lady who told this also mentioned that i had put Rs 55 rate cutter after this 95Rs gprs pack. This is the base of the problem. I was really frustrated about this condition that i cannot use both these gprs and rate cutter at the same time. But the real thing is i was not informed about this condition too. The important part is that, when i called the customer care for the first three times, before filing a complaint, they were giving a wrong information and they were blaming me for using the "dive in" settings. All their executives don't have the common sense that they have to listen to customers, they just telling the same thing again and again. So finally after losing some 250Rs in worthless conditions and other stuffs, I haven't used them too. This is the worst thing I've experienced in these six years in my mobile usage. I changed my phone to an ordinary phone which don't have GPRS and put my old air tel number in the N73 I've been using since. Its more than 2 months and not even a rupee has credited in my account. you are right. Tata docomo did same to me and overcharged me to the tune of Rs. 663 in the name of dive-in. I didn't even use any dive-in setting on my phone. They somehow activated this dive-in service on my account and overcharged me. and right... they are all technically Illiterate.
