[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — set wrong caller tune,and not responding my call

hi ,this is satyajit mallick.i have used tatadocomo prepaid service since 2 year.bt 01-aug-2011 i will activate my caller tune as my chosen song and they also know that which song i want to set.they also set but after somtimes they set tata docomo caller tune.and when i tried to contact with them they r not responding me.these companies are cheted with their consumer.so i request please solve my problem as soon as possible and take immediat step against those fake company
