Tata Docomo — DISCONNECTION

I have been a docomo customer for nearly 2 years now and i have been getting disconnected nearly once every month in relation to documents.... DISPITE RESUBMITTING DOCUMENTS.... either documents not recieved and now for the nth number of time i m getting disconnected as documents submitted are incorrect .... i have been giving my documents for the nth number of time to get my connection reactivated ... and this is really a harassment on your part

IT IS YOUR JOB TO TAKE CARE OF THE DOCUMENTS WE SUBSCRIBERS SUBMIT.... (OR IS IT JUST GOING OUT TO WASTE)

INITIALLY YOU LOST MY DOCUMENTS SO I SUBMITTED AGAIN AND AGAIN ....

NOW YOU HAVE CROSSED MY LIMIT OF PATIENCE AND TOLERANCE ....

I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE !!!! ALL BUSY WITH OTHER CLIENTS ....

EVEN IF I WOULD HAVE CONNECTED .... NOBODY EVER KNOWS WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM .... AND ALWAYS A LAME EXCUSE THAT "DOCUMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED" IS GIVEN...

I DONT HAVE THE TIME AND ENERGY NOW TO REPEAT SUBMITTING MY DOCUMENTS EACH AND EVERY TIME U MISPLACE IT / LOSE IT / OR WATEVER THE HELL YOU DO WITH THE DOCUMENTS....

I NEED A PROPER SOLUTION ... A PERMANENT ONE ....

i had done MNP from airtel to docomo.... and i donno why i did it now ....
ill have to go back to airtel i suppose ....

this is complete nonsense and irresposibility on ur part.
consumer harassment to its maximum

Dear sir,
i have tata docomo prepaid number [protected].Connection taken in 2009. But from 3rd jan 2011 it is disconnected.When i asked cust care they replied we can't do anything,u have to submit ur document. But how could they disconnet my no. Without any prior information.I can't submit the doc now because i am on ship at anchorage. And on 1st jan 2011 i activated gprs of rs5 but rs 95 deducted from my balance.Now they are saying u hv activated this plan but i am damn sure that i tried to activate plan of rs5 and i press 1 to activate this plan. This is cheating that u press any button but only get what they want. As i am regular user of airtel gprs and i hv no complain to them.
Pls if possible pay some attention on my issue as i am suffering from disconnection.

Thanks, but why the mobile set hanging when i insert tata docomo simply.even almost all mobiles.

Last 21st April I got a rental connection from one of the Distributor of TATA DOCOMO M/S Balaji Tirupati (OWNERS MOBILE NO.[protected], NAMED MANTU BABU,) situated at (Salt Lake,Kolkata).The mobile no is [protected]. The name of the Executive is Mr.Nitesh Sharm, after the verbal discussion with him, he said that the line was activate with in 06 hrs, but surprisingly the line was activate on 24th April, and after that the line was (outgoing) bared on 27th April, As a customer I called several time to the customer care but they said that the line was not TATA DOCOMO Line, So as a customer under your your authority request you that I dont want to continue the same no. Please acknowledge the same.

Kerala, i am working as a software developer in TCS and took a tata docomo sim in kerala 1 month back.From next day onwards , i was getting sms like submit your documents ,Then i asked the shopkeeper and he told me like dont consider those sms .finally ,Three days back customer care called me and asked me submit your documents again to continue the services .So i submitted my documents again to the same shop.But now outgoing is stopped.I am very dissopointed with this service and the customer people cant even speak to us in English.Kindly solve my problem immediately otherwise i will definitely take some action .My number is [protected].The customer care people disconnecting my call everytime without speaking and saying "i am transferring my call to my .... "..This is such a bad service from kerala docomo..

This is preeti reddy despite constantly making call to the back office visiting branches of tata docomo and writing letter for disconnection of there broadband service this beggers have been constantly harassing me for bill payment. since nov 2012 I have been trying to get disconnection but this people not once have confirmed disconnection pathetic service needless to say they don't want to disconnect so that they can keep pilling bills.
I bought the Tata Docomo 3G Dongle in Jan 2013. The speed was very bad and I applied for disconnection of Service in early Feb..2 months and 2 service requests later[protected] and[protected], all I get is a 100 phone calls from Customer Service asking the reason for disconnection. I have already confirmed plenty of times that I want the service disconnected. To my surprise, I find that that Tata has also been billing me for the last 2 months and are now claiming about a 1000 bucks in spite of me not having touched the dongle since I put in the first service request. Tata Docomo is not only ruining the goodwill that Tata had but also creating new world records in poor customer service. Apart from standard replies over the phone and pasiting templates in e-mail, they are not capable of providing any othetr service.
