[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — disconnection of service

i ve paid 2300 rs 2 months back to docomo and done porting to Idea.
since 2 months im using idea service.
Recently im getting calls and sms from docomo for paying 703 rs or they will request idea to disconnect my service.
According to TRAI, one cannot port the number if the unbilled amount is more than 10 rs. Then how come my number got ported when my amount of 703 rs was pending???. and why after 2 months from porting im getting such sms n calls.

today my idea service have been discontinued . This is sheer harsment. its seems that corporates are getting colors of government people.

docomo should start my service imediatly or legal and illegal action shall be taken.....that to seriously.

on 31-march 10:47 p.m. i received this message from 121 "Your Port in request for Mobile Number [protected] has been accepted . Your mobile number will be p
orted on 31-Mar-2011 at 22:00 PM. For any queries call 1800-2#"

on 31-march 10 p.m. i received this message "Welcome to TATA Tele.Your Port In request to TATA Tele has been successfully completed. Please call[protected]Indicom) and[protected]Docomo). Thank You.

on 19-april i recharged of rs.150 my TransID:[protected].
& received message from 121
"Dear customer, thank you for your constant patronage. As a privileged user, you have earned 116.67%
talk time on your last recharge. Thank you"


and last on 26th may my account balance was rs. 120 and gprs balance also.(rs.48 pack)

On 27 may i call customer care from other number to complain about this matter BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON([censored]AL) REFUSED TO WRITE A COMPLAIN.
MY QUESTIONS ARE:
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER CARE IF THEY DOSENT HELP THEIR CUSTOMER?

I CANT CALL CUSTOMER CARE 121 TO KNOW WHAT IS THE MATTER ALL ABOUT? ITS WRONG THAT THE COMPANY DISCONNECT THIS NUMBER ALSO.ITS MY RIGHT AS A CONSUMER TO KNOW WHAT THE MATTER IS.

AFTER 2 MONTHS OF ALL THE ABOVE PROCESS HOW CAN THE COMPANY CUT MY CONNECTION WITHOUT KNOWING ME?
PLEASE SOLVE THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
hi. i m dr. parag pagar, i m tata indicom(now tata docomo) postpaid customer since 2008. i m paying bills regularly, but on 24/march/2012 tata docomo a service provider disconnected my all outgoing calls and sms, with out any prior intimation, at the time disconnection i had no bill pending in fact rs. 50 was extra paid to tata docomo. i have filled 7 to 8 complaints to customer care, personally visited to the head office in nashik (near rajiv gandhi bhavan), every body is telling we will activate your service with in 48 hours, now more than 45 days are over, they have not started services but shamelessly sent a bill of April 2012.

I’m a photon customer since March. Till now I received 2 bills of amount 289 and 827. I paid the first bill Online (Which I have the email acknowledgment From Docomo) which the amount later got reverted back (After I’ve called Customer Care and registered a complaint). Then I have paid the bill through DoCoMo Office. The next bill was of 827 also which I paid online and I received an acknowledgment through mail.
But on May 16 I got a mail that my service is going to get restricted. So I contacted customer care and explained the above and they notified me that I could pay the bill by June 1.
But on May 17 my photon service was disconnected (Imagine how a person on IT industry get frustrated without i-net) and again from CC I got the reply as nonpayment of bill (The bill which I never received). Even though I have a lot of work I went to the customer care center for a solution. And the response I got from the executive who serviced me was….!! So now I am the one who cheated and made the dues... and do take note that I have paid the two bills amount I got and I’m being held for the bill I’ve not yet received. What a service from DoCoMo’s side. ..!! Happy with the service…!! Now I just want to disconnect it...
