[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — LOK ADALAT NOTICE FOR ZERO USAGE BILL PAYMENT(for the cancelled connection)

Hi ,

I have received a legal notice from lok adalat at my home(am out of station now)in fact i have cancelled my connection before moving abroad.

Even after closing my docomo (outstanding)bill and cancelling my account.[protected] by august SR request[protected] for cancellation.
they have send a legal notice for a zero usage ,stating that i have to clear the outstanding dues of rs.1653/Which I have not even used an dead dongle.I really don't know how they arrived this amount on what bias.

If you guys really need money then please send out a circular in news paer that u need money with out doing work or wasting you time and energy(we don't have money making tree,even we work hard to make financial support).
I don't know how much ratan tata is aware done my his management to their dedicated Customers,(since i was with TATA elexi before).

For what his management and employees do ,either he or his family name will get spoiled.Tata DOCOMO is a fraud company,they are fishing with out letting their hand wet or head sweats.
Its for sure one day they will get a reply for this,even I am one of the victim for this,.

All the the best tata docomo keep on doing the good work, I will pay this amount which I have not even used,I will just consider this amount as the leftovers, remains of victuals, crumbs to the tatadocomo group.Let them become rich with this and their son and their next generation too.

a brand which wont even have the shame to squeeze people, i will do my own campaign to keep my family ,friend and those other to keep away from the TATA product.

I opted for Tata Docomo broadband connection in March 2014 where in the engineer who came for the installation and connection gave me 2 options.
1. Pay 527 Rs for Installation and router ( Router will have to be submitted back on deactivation )
2. Pay 1124 Rs and the installation charges and router charges would be free and the amount will be the security amount refundable after deactivating services if bills are cleared.

In Dec 2014 I got the services deactivated and received a call saying that I need to pay the remaining bill of 724 Rs where I told them that rather they Owe me approximately 400 Rs after deducting this amount from the security deposit and then they said that I have to submit the router to the Tata outlet. I asked them of how they would make the payment to me and they said that our representative will call you back.

I thought submitting the router back would not be a good Idea untill they pay me the rest amount.One day I received a call from Tata saying that there was no such offer and 1124 Rs were the installation charges which I responded saying that why then you guys also offered me 527 rs installation which they completely refused.

For 3-4 months I haven't received any call or mail and all of a sudden I started receiving calls and final reminder emails to my surprise from third party recovery agency( Swift ).

To which I explained them the situation I mentioned above and they like completely ignored my response and kept sending the same email again and again though they stopped calling.

Finally I received a Legal notice on an email which I know is completely Fake and sent by one of their Lawyer to threaten me.

Its not a complaint rather I need to showcase the level of these telephone companies especially company like TATA as they call themselves a brand.

I actually was ready to pay for the usage amount and asked for the waiver for the Non-usage period. I asked to deduct the usage amount from the advance I paid but the Customer care informed that there isn't any deposit available.

Today I have received the LOK ADALAT notice regarding the payment. Kindly clarify and can reach me out at [protected]
