[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Online Recharge — Recharge not happen.. but amount debited from my bank a/c | |||
Hi All: Yesterday I had recharged for Rs.111 in Tatadocomo online prepaid.. but still now no confirmation is made and the recharge amount is not added, but my amount was deducted from my Bank A/c.. Dear Sir,I am Ajay Kumar Napit from Bhopal Having Connection TATA DOCOMO Mobile([protected]) in bhopal The problem is that while surfing in my mobile on the date of 11 feb 2012 suddenly i got message my inbox which came from TA-HUWWWAP (Thanks for downloading Valuepack : Fun Unlimited on TATA DOCOMO 3G Life WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 49.0/-.)
but i have'n use any kind of that service They deduct wrongly amount on my TATA DOCOMO account and now they are not giving me refund that amount 49rs. . they say that u have click & downloaded CONTENT and charges taken. that is totally false. i didn't download any content. so please rectify this error as per as soon.

I am yogesh ghule .from kondhwa . i was 6 member buy the tata docomo sim cards . in 8000/- in in past 1 months ago .but our cards is not activate .then i was call the customer care .but he was not recive my call .then how is next me.

Then I entered my CUB Debit card details to do online payment. After submitting all the details the website timeout giving a server error. 100RS has been deducted from my account but mobile has not been recharged.
My transactiom id is:MSPD[protected].
Kindly look into this matter and either refund back my money into my account or recharge the mobile.
