Tata Docomo — outgoing calls barred | |||
I had outgoing calls barred on my tata docomo number [protected]... i was requested to resubmit the ID-proof. i did so and my caf no.is [protected] ... it has been a month since i submitted it at the nearest tata docomo office and i nothing has changed.. i am highly disappointed with the docomo services... the outgoing calls are still barred on my number... I have purchased TATA DOCOMO card on 22.08.09. My mobile no. is [protected]. My outgoing has been barred since 05.09.2009. I have contacted the retailer and the distributor several times. They has replied that my documents have been submitted to Tata DOCOMO office long back. I enquired with the DOCOMO customer care, I was suggested to once again submit the documents i.e., ID Proof and Address Proof. Once agains I have submitted the same to my retailer. But the debarred outgoing has not been rectified till date. Please suggest a solution through mail.

i have purchased a tata docomo prepaid sim card. within a week o[censored]sage the outgoing calls was barred without any prior information.i have made frequent calls to costumer care , they have informed that the address proof submitted by me was not reached to them.
once again i have submitted a proof again. they have informed that the outgoing calls will be activated within 48 hours.
i have also conformed over phone that the address proof submitted by me was sent to the company by the dealer.
since after 3 days again i made call to customer care, they have informed that the proof has been recieved and outgoing calls will be activated by afternoon,
but till this time the outgoing calls were not activated, and again i made calls to the customer care, they now inform that the address proof was not recieved by them.
due to this sort o[censored]nfalse statements i have been led to lots of tensions by this TATA
DOCOMO.
even if i ask the address to which the address proof is to be sent , they dont give any guidance. this is not only happend to me, but almost every customer who purchase tata docomo is facing this problem.
there is no person in the customer care to give a proper solution and remedy for the problems faced by the users.
please take necessary action against the concerned.

This is VAIBHAV WALKE, taken Tata DOCOMO prepaid connection 1 month 15 days back.for Some starting days,it is working fine,but from some 20 days,i am not able to call to anybody Till now . when am calling it says that "This facility is not available on your phone". As i have already submitted all the required documents but no use for me.

Hi,My Number is [protected]. Last 5 days the outgoing calls have been barred. It is a Lifetime validity card.
7 days before, i have recharged for Rs.50/- but, outgoing calls barred. why ?

Tata Docomo — barring of outgoing calls
Respected Sir,I am from Kerala State. I took two Tata Docomo connections in the month of June, 2009 giving my driving licence copies and photos. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. The second number was confirmed by the Tata service men in the same month. I have been using these numbers for 6-7 months and all on a sudden, on 20th Jan, 2010 they barred my out-going calls without giving an information. When I contacted the customer care, they said that i failed in the verification process and asked me to submit the ids and photos again. According to their direction, i submitted those on 21st Jan with a retailer and it was collected by their men on the same day. They had said that it will take only 72 hours for the process. Now after 6 days (148 hours) they haven't rectified the problem. Whenever i call them they say sorry and assure me that it will be done in hours. I have already more that 800/- rupees in those accounts.
Now i don't want to continue their service and i need my money back. I also want the renumeration for the time i lost after it.
Kindly take appropriate steps.

I am Chandrashekar, a deceived and deprived TATA DOCOMO prepaid user bearing the number [protected]. I purchased the Sim 3 weeks ago and since then I have produced the 'address proof ' documents TWICE, but customer care informs that the documents has not been produced OR they are not in order. They have no satisfactory answer for the Delay in updating their database which is beyond my control. In addition They are bombarding with SMS messages regarding document submission every few hours and have BARRED OUTGOING CALLS from my number.
