[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection — Post paid connection not activated yet

Hi,

I'm experiencing a piculiar problem with Tata Docomo connection in Bangalore. These guys are not at all responsible to reply back to customer complaints at all.
Here is the mail I sent to them for my problem:

This is really a very good example of service you are providing to the customer. You are not bother at all to reply back the customer even. Anyway, I understand the quality of the service you are providing & what service I can expect from you in near future. I have decided not to go with your connection & don't have any plan to make any relationship with you. Starting from a customer care agent (Ahmed Khan cell no is [protected]) to customer care officer (Nodal/Appellate officer), you all are same & don't have responsibility to respond to a customer complain at all.

Hi,

I applied for a postpaid connection on 13.02.2010. The agent (his cell no is [protected]) who came to collect my documents & handed over the SIM to me assured me that the SIM will be activated by Monday morning. He called me even on Monday Morning & confirm my Post paid no as [protected] which will be activated by Monday afternoon. But still my connection has not been activated yet & it is giving registration failed error when I am inserting the SIM to my cell. I called to customer care & that fellow "Kishore" assured me that my connection will be activated by Monday EOD. But it has not done yet.

Since it is very urgent for me, I would like to request you either activate my number by today morning else return back my money Rs. 330/- only which I handed over at the time of receiving the SIM.

I have tried to call the customer care at 1:45 AM in the night by none is responding on the call.
It is extremely unfortunate the way you guys are serving a customer & also the way a customer care executive is serving a customer.
I have a bitter experience & bad impression before starting a relationship with you. As a customer I would expect a better coordination & response from your end.

my connection was not activated — my connection was not activated

I a.v.tulasiram from andhara pradesh was taken cell connection in july 2006,,,,,,in month of october 2007 i lost my cell phone number[protected],,,i given complaint in vijayawada madhukalyan mandapam reliance centre and blocked my number.later on october 7th 2007 i taken new mobile and sim in reliance communication onetown centre,vijayawda.only incoming came in two days after that there is no incoming and outgoing also.i request reliance communication people lot but there is no responce from them.they harrased me lot by their responce.

I'm experiencing a piculiar problem with Tata Docomo connection in Bangalore. These guys are not at all responsible to reply back to customer complaints at all.

Here is my horror story with Tata Docomo 3g estick. I wish i had never got Tata Docomo. It has been so bad.

i) Issues in getting connection: You better avoid salesmen to buy the
connections. They go with no instrument to the customers place and
they never are on time. If you give them money, then you can forget your connection and money. Its better to go to a showroom.
ii) Address issues: The documents you have submitted are not properly
uploaded into the system. They make data entry mistakes. Agents are
not able to fix this issue. They keep doing 101 customer
verification at the wrong address and finally say that they have disabled the connection because of verfication failure.
iii) Call centre issues: The IVR never has recognised my MDN number
till date. Agents dont know how things work. They dont acknowledge our
problem. Easiest solution that they have is to tell us to call back
after 72 hours. If you ask for a supervisor, they put us on hold or
transfer us to a number where no supervisor picks up the call. This has happened to me all times i have called. I have not been able to reach a single supervisor. Agents
in the call centre or email support never call back or email back and
tell what they are doing with the problem clearly.
iv) Billing issues: I get a bill inspite of having had the service for
just a week or two and the connection being disabled now. The bill
cannot be opened because you need a password. And the password can be
obtained only with a Tata Docomo mobile.
v) Finally i get a survey. This survey opens up a site whose
security certificate has expired. The feed back section in the survey
can take as many characters which you enter. But then finally it says
it cannot submit the survey when you try submitting it.
vi) Technical issues: In the short period i had this connection, i
found that the connection kept dropping off. You will have to download
something atleast 10 times to be able to successful in downloading it.
The error messages that you get when the device cannot connect have a lot of spelling
mistakes or grammatical mistakes or both!!!

In short this is an absolute waste of money and time.
