Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — Deduction of balance automatically

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is [protected], and this is to inform you that my balance has been deducted automatically by tata docomo prepaid. About total Rs. 200 was deducted in 2 months (each Rs.100 per month was deducted).

When I made enquiry about this in nearest Tata Docomo service center, they told me that some value pack activated and charged for it repeatedly.

I did't activate any pack, this value pack was activated automatically.

Kindly refund Rs. 200 and also deactivate that value pack.

But I did't apply for any Game pack and that Game pack was activated automatically from your side.

Why should I pay for something which I had never applied for?
