[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo Prepaid Service — Recharge amount not credited

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Sagar Paulkar applied for the Tata dokomo service by porting from post paid to prepaid service. My service has been changed from post paid to prepaid but still not get any balance for which i paid 250 Rs (First Recharge) to docomo office, kalyni nagar, Pune where in i requested receipt but they didn't provide me the same.

For the same, i called to customer care 121 at 2:45 pm on 29 Apr 2013. Call was directed to female person, she told to me to contact the office personally which is not possible for 15 days now as i came to my home town.

I have requested for the number so that i can contact to them but she didn't help me for the same even though she didn't give me complaint web address.

i got msg from tatadocomo on 12 feb 11 and 13 feb 11 for recharge with 20 and get rs 40 talk time at the same time i recharged rs 20 on 12 feb and 13 feb till todate i did not get remaining balance on my mobile .so many time i contact them by calling and also by mail yet to date they donot solve my problem
kindly do the needfull urgently. thankyou

Tata Docomo — pre-paid balance not credited

My prepaid account has not been credited after an online TATA DOCOMO recharge. I called up the customer care explaining the problem. They said , due to some server problem it must have occured and they'll resolve the issue. I am unable to reach them after the call. Please help.

tatadocomo mobile — amount not credited

i have recharged TOP UP of tatadocomo no [protected] Rs 300 online through icici bank on 03/10/2012
amount has been deducted from bank on 03/10/2012 but recharged amount not credited,i have also register complaint to tatadocomo site as complaint no 623669 but no response till now.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have sent my friend to tata docomo gallery, kalyni nagar, Pune to verify about the reason that why they didn't credited the recharge amount as they don't online numbers. Now first recharge amount 250 Rs credited to my account on the request of my friend.

But still i have taken some affords to resolve the same even though i didn't do any mistakes. By the way, what is the reason behind not giving the receipt after taking recharge amount for which i requested several times.It's wrong procedure.
