dear ..you should call to customer care.they ask for the number printed behind the sim.the last four digits of the number ...they told you the puk number its so easy ..why u so confused

why is it taking so long to get a reply

your PUK cade can be given to you either when you go to a nearest DO CO MO Showroom or else when you call up the DO CO MO call center but not on this site.
