My tatadomomo mobile number is : [protected].
Today I recharged with Rs 129/- with special recharge. In that in the Tatadocomo Site you displayed as 180 days validity. But after recharging you sent a SMS as 120 days. Why this type of deviation..
I contacted your Customer support executive, he didnt solve or reply to my qurries he just put off the phone.
I was a Airtel customer, to get more benifit i changed to Tatadomo, but the support from Tatadomo is worst. In a day only one time only any customer can contact to customer support;this is a new policy implimented by ONLY TATADOCOMO.

sir, i did rs 60 top up recharge at 4pm approx on 15/10/13 on my no [protected], in which i was supposed to get 6% talktime as my no is more than 1 yr old(its 1098 days old) but recieved rs 63 balance instead of rs 63.60. plz fix d issue as soon as posssible.
