mera tata docomo ka sim 6 months sai use nahi kiya hai tho who blocked hai but mujhe abhi wapas chalo

My tata docomo puk is blocked... So i want to know that can i unblock my puk code for sim... if yes what is the process. i also want to know that if i replace my sim with the same number can i get all my contacts numbers...? please help me out.. My docomo number is [protected].
