[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unnecessarily balance deduction by TATADOCOMO

Sir,

I would like to inform you that i had recharged my tatadocomo number [protected] with 95 rs. at 11:00 PM Dt. 11/08/2013 for 1 GB Data 2G Pack by using internet banking & at that time, i had 1024 MB data & my main balance is 0.07 rs. I had not used the internet service at that time.

In the morning time, approx. 8 AM Dt 12/08/2013, I checked my balance by dial *111*1# & I had 1024 MB Data for using internet when trying to connect to internet but its failed to connect, then after, i dialed *141# & by using one time activation for 3G Data plan & requested to activate 50 MB Data that was for 1 day but due to insufficient balance in my main account which was 0.07 rs. i could not be activated this service & i got the same reply from your side which was "your request can not be proceed due to insufficient balance"".

After that, I recharged my main account with 30 rs. & that time, i had 23 rs. & something paisa in my main account. After all that happened, I have connected the internet & that time internet was connected successfully & i was used internet service approx. 1 hr. after that i have connected again but failed to connect then i removed the sim from broardband & checked the balance. i have only 5.16 MB instead of 1024 MB & 0.07 rs. remaining balance instead of 23.6 rs. & i had lost my both balance.

After all, I called to ur customer care 198 service & talked to your executive. He was unable to resolved this issue.

Now, I am requesting you to please refund my balance of 1GB 2G data & 23.6 rs. main balance.

Please take necessary action immediately basis.

DEAR respected sir i was having balence in my no [protected] of rs 356 at 21 of jun , in next day morrnig its goes to 00 rs with out doinng any thinng any call , i swich of my phone at 11 o;clok and start in mornig then its zero . to making complain to custamer care they give me complain no GBL09197152, after a few days they just messege me that balence was teken write ,
this is a big chettinng

My number is [protected] I m using tata docomo's sim card from last 1 years, it was good, now they have started deducting my balance unnecissarily, when asked they just say this charge n dat charge, even i have not activated any of the service. I 've been highly unsatisfied with the services and treatement of customer care executives.my balance has been deducting continously from last 1week without any notification.

yeah, I am using docomo for 3 years, once I tried the Quiz which offered bumper prize, each message charge 3 rupees, I cleared 10 question, 11th quetion was like this, US currency A: Euro, B: Yen C Dollar
after I answered C, I got message You are wrong!!!????I never thought this kind of cheating..what I can do?30 rupees gone..

sir,
this is to inform you that i recharged my docomo no [protected] with net pack on 16-aug-2011. They deducted my whole balance of 156 rupees for using net even when the data usage of 1.95MB was left. I complained them many times but they are not ready to refund the money. i still have the message from customer care with all the details.
On 13th jan 2012 i subscribed Rs 2 sms pack on my no [protected] but they deducted Rs.10 instead of Rs.2 and now they are not ready to refund it back. There are many other such incidents. Now i want to register a complaint against them in consumer court.

Iam sudheer, i'm using a samsung galaxy s mobile with tata-docomo as service provider.Unnecessarily they are deducting the balance saying that i'm using GPRS.I called and told them regarding my problem but coudn't get proper responce.I have disabled my data network mode and even deleted the APN corresponding to the network provider and sent a request to disable the GPRS as they told,still they are deducting the balance.I'm making calls to the customer care to tell my issue but they are not connecting the call.

Tata Docomo — unnecessary deducting balance

my name is azad and i am using mobile service -tata docomo and my no is [protected](mumbai circle).
today 12/06/12 i deducted my prepaid balance rupees180 from last night of 11/06/12.
when i tried to get answer from customer care they cut the phone line. i tried to contact them from last 4-5 hours but failed to get any answer.
this is not first time for me.i suffered it 2-3 times in last 4-5 months.but that time i ignored.
but this time i decide to raise the complaint against them.
please help me for getting my money back.

It is this 3rd time when tata docomo has deducted my balance of Rs30 for unnecessary service which i have not chosen, after giving complaint to customer care they we cant refund your balance. This is happening reapeteadly with me.
