[Resolved]  tata indica dls — Poor Service Response from Pandit Automotive

I was sending my vehicle for regular service to the above dealer. In the past one month I have been trying to book my vehicle for service they book it but am not able top do the same. They generally get it picked up from my house and I used to pay for the pick up and drop service as well. This time around I booked the vehilce a month ago on the day of service there was no one at my place to pick up the vehicle. My wife and I are both working hence could not chase up with them and I had to travel outside the country so all the more not possible after my return after three weeks I called the above service station again and they said yes to the service but they did not have any one to send to pick up my vehicle. I called them and chased them but they kept saying we will call you and figure out but no real answers. The service advisor one Mr. Subhash Bhoslae refused to take any of my calls as he was my contact point for all my previous service requests. He had confirmed a couple days back that they would pick up my car for service in the next day or two. But no confirmation so i kept calling the boardline as well as the mobile number for mr Bhosale. I could only speak to customer care person who had no defintiw answers. Sheer no response surprises me when TATA is trying to grow in the passenger segment with such dealerships. They could not come out with just a clear communication that they cannot do the service and therefore I search for someother place to servive my vehicle. Where I stay there is dearth of good service stations and Pandit has good mechanic and technicians to resolve problems to my car. However am now very upset and think I should only buy cars in the future which can assure of good service. My second car is new and it is Maruti and I have had not one problem with them wrt their responsiveness and service capability. I think Tata motors has a long way to go there.

tata indica dls — Poor service

My TATA INDICA DLS model ( Reg No JH-05X-9062) was repaired for defective headlight reflector under gurantee period at Kharagpur Joy Motors on 24-01-09. Since then water ingress is observed in the headlight ( right side) whenever the vehicle is washed.
i m your coustomer from last 1 year .now i had indica dls i had a problem with the pick up of the car & colling .i send my car at your service center at CLASIC AUTO Dhanbad, Jharkhand, india for the same problem for 2 time but the problem is unsolved.

please do need full in the above matter.

dear sir iam purched new indica dls from satluj moter vichel mandi himachal pardesh . my car temp no is H.P 33AP 9274 I have purshed car on 24 aug 2009 but within two days ihave complain about my car meater with my dealer satluj moter vichel mandi but they cant give any response .iam disagree from service my car meater cannot working pls contact as soon as possible in my phone no - [protected], [protected] .

i have purchased a tata indica v2 dls in the year 2010 bearing reg. no . jh01ad 3074 i have got power staring problem i went to tata motor service center (rama auto service center in ranchi jharkhand but he refused to do any thing and said your problem can be not solve hear .you will have to go out side
