[Resolved]  Tata Indica - Vista Aura — Giving wrong chassis number in insurance paper

Dear Sir,
I am Abdul Rawoof from Vridhachalam.

I booked a Tata Indica Vista -Aura car at Cuddalore VST branch and took delivery at Trichy on 31.7.2009 as vehicle was not available at Cuddalore.

After taking vehicle next day I went Cuddalore to collect insurance papers and noted that the chaise number is typed wrongly in insurance papers. Not in match with the number given in delivery order. Now I couldnt go for registration with wrong chaise number in insuras papers as it is problem in RTO office. When I enquire the sales man who was involved in this process he says it will take time to correct the mistake as it is on line generated report and try to push registration with wrong chaise number only.

I need intervention of the head of department of customer service to look into this and do the action needful quickly.
