[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 — Please take necessary action

I am Aashin U S from Kerala and I have the tata broadband 2.0 ymax connection with login details as follows:

I have taken this connection from Mr Noushad K M from sales department of

He convinced me that your device will get the specified signal strength and speed with out any interruption in my office residing aea having address

But after the installation of the device, technical problems have arised and I couldn't access my account even the minimum signal strength available. As a customer I have reported my problems to the local/ main customer service protals of tata teleservices and more than 25 times I requested to the saes person for the same.But Mr Noushad, didnt gve me the necesary support and he is simply waisting my time by simply giving other persons number, and he is now making me monkey play!

He cheated me first that the device has sufficient capability at our area and now mocking to me. Please take the necessary action against this kind of non costumer friendly executives.

I have recharged for 4months as a pre payment kndly consider my mail. I have trust in your service that is why I am writing this to you. Please consider that my money and time is valuable for me and do the nesessary for the same.

PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO FOR THIS PROBLEM TO BE RECTIFY EVEN BECAUSE OF THIS CONNECTION LOST I LOSS MY MANY BUSSINESS PROPOSALS INCOME.

1 HOUR OR 2 HOUR IS SENCE BUT 2 DAYS & 3 DAYS CONNECTION LOST IS TOTALLY NONSENSE.PLEASE HELP ME

Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 — speed problem

My name is Ziaur Rehman Khan and user ID sadatanwar.vsnl.net, want to say that TATA Internet service is very pathetic, i have taken the internet connection under 1550 plan with 750 kbps of speed, but i am facing the speed problem, they just providing 70 kbps of speed, which is very painful to me after spending a lots of money, i have payed 6800 hundred of rupees for 4 months in advance, please do the rectification as urgent basis...

when i login with internet explorer tata indicom 2.0 hang 10 minute and then after its login .in other mozillz firefrox and other search engine no problem .i use windows xp service pack 2. plz solve my problem or give me idea how can i solve it.
the connectivity is Timetaking but speed on about average!
