[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor service tata broadband connection

Sir i am using tata indicom broadband connection past 5 month my login id [protected]@vsnl. Net
Past 45 days i am facing lot of problem in my broadband connection connection lost for 2 to 3 days continuesly. Even i recieved 26 days of downtime credit for my connection lost from tata broadband connection. And i paid the advance amount for 5 month. Still i am facing the same problem after meeting to the head mr sarvanna & area manager mr. Sarat in chetpet office.

Please suggest me what i have to do for this problem to be rectify even because of this connection lost i loss my many bussiness proposals income.

1 hour or 2 hour is sence but 2 days & 3 days connection lost is totally nonsense. Please help me.

TATA Indicom Broadband — NON WORKING OF BROADBAND CONNECTION SINCE 8TH OF AUGUST

Complain lodged since 8th August --Complain No[protected]no resolution till date, in spite of non working they closed the complain and gave a new complain no 12732336 on 15th of August,
After the complain was launched one person came to check the complain , he connected for a couple of minutes and called the concerned person Mr Bhavesh who closed the complain , but immediately the connection stopped , Mr bhavesh was again called immediately and refused to ven talk and said that the complain was closed despite repeated requests that it is not working, he said that we should launch the complain afresh.The person even went on to say that there was a fault with the computer, which was untrue and till date the connection has not been restored, repeated calls have yeilded in no result

Tata Indicom prepaid broadband — Amount refund

I am from chennai, My tata indicom broadband was not working from July 28th and i registered a complaint on July 29th. And after checking they told me that they were unable to provide a wired or wireless broadband connection to me. My account still has around 6000 + rupees. And the people from Customer care told me that they will refund my amount back. But after consistent emails to them, i have not been contacted or did i receive any mails or money. And its almost 1 month and still they are not giving any answers.

Pl. advise me on this. Thanks in advance.

TATA Broadband Service — reversal of money

the connection have been taken for 6 months in advance rental have been payed by cheque and the same has been honoured.
the issue is due t my family tranfer i need to move back to visakhapatnam andhrapradesh.so i had given a written letter to the tata broad band service officials at chandrapur and handed over the instruments and climed for the refund of money.
the connection has been utilized by me for hardly 10 days only

the broad band customer care people are constantly engaging me till the month of august 2010 and finalized that no refund will be given for my account.
i would like to request you please do needful regarding my issue

Tata Indicom Broadband — Pathetic customer service

Letter to TATA Indicom Broadband:

I am a TATA Indicom Broadband customer from Mumbai and my ID is [protected]@vsnl.net.
I request you to please take the time to go through my mail and respond accordingly.

1. My connection was inactive for 15 days in the latter half of July. During this time-
- I registered 7 complaints with the customer care helpine.
- I received no calls or updates from TATA Indicom. Only when I used to call, I used to be assured that 'We are working on it at highest priority'
- I located the local engineer myself and came to know that a power cable had malfunctioned and they were looking for a replacement.
I can't believe it took 15 days to get a new cable!
- Your helpline had no clue on the status of my complaint ever. Even 10 days into the downtime, they used to advise me to try unplugging the LAN cable etc. when I knew
that the problem was at the control centre

2. After my connection was restored, I had to register a separate complaint for the downtime credit.
(Ideally, I should have received an apology mail from TATA automatically granting me the credit)
This resulted in a long exchange of emails after which I was told that I had been given 15 days additional VALIDITY to my account.
I clearly told them that extending the validity was meaningless because as long as my account balance remains the same, my account will expire on the same day.
Thus the right compensation method is to increase the account balance by Rs. 630 (15 days * Rs 42/day) which is the corresponding amount.
Your website clearly states this:

NOTE : The validity of your account is based on your tariff plan and will expire upon the account balance getting fully exhausted or the expiry of validity period of your recharge value voucher, whichever is earlier.

Your customer service team is unable to understand this simple concept and this has left me frustrated, disappointed, upset and angry with TATA Indicom.
Every few days, I get an email saying my complaint has been 'addressed' and I have to register a new complaint to reinitiate the downtime credit discussion.
Very frankly, your customer service team is a bunch of nincompoops and need to be replaced immediately.

Tata Indicom Broadband — very very poor service

Past 1 year I am using this TATA Boardband Internet connection & every time when I call customer care I experience very poor service. They take so long time to resolve problems. TATA Internet connectivity is also awful.
15 days back I log this complaint[protected]Frequintly descconection), till now nobody visit or call me to help me.

Why Tata services is become so worst as while I took the Photon plus connection and the speed was good while I changed the plan into time based the speed become worst. why? Is this service of TATA brand?
Kindly send the proper speed as I earlier had Tata biz due to non connectivity I took Photon plus and now again...what..
If not possible then please give my money back for all those devices and take out your connection. You peoples are looting customers like anything. I am also working in BIG corporate but we never cheat our customers like this. If our problem not resolved in 24 hours I will be sending to many thousands or peoples into my companies not to take TATA Internet connection.

TATA Indicom — Cheating/Poor Service

My tata photon plus device has not been working for the past 3-4 weeks. Though I have raised complaint regarding the device malfunction, it is not yet serviced/replaced. I got a call from Tata customer care informing that they do not have any devices with them, and I need to wait for some more time. Now, I have to pay the bill even though I have not used the connection.
I have got a bill of 697/- though I used only 224 MB of data. As per my plan, I am allowed to use 2 GB of data in a month for Rs 750.
very very very true :-( this could happen only in India. I too stuck. last five days no connection at all and now after a long tough chasing i restored the connection. I am paying for 750 kbps line and i am getting just 256 of max and mostly below this speed. dont know really wat to do. inspite of complaining call center and all sources this is the result. wat do i do??? pls some one help me. my id is

TATA Indicom Broadband — unknowingly charged for antivirus

unknowingly charged 650 on broadband account for PCsecurity,
no acknowledgement no billing .. i am sure about poor IT or some kinda adjustment, be careful with tata indicom broadband accounting system ....my ac ACC[protected]

that time active scheme is five years unlimited tata to tata free calls
suddenly changed my scheme 1 years tata com. tata to tata 1month 600 minutes free and other mobile 0.50 paisa. I am that times refused this scheme but,
tata customer authority give me promised 1 years after your scheme (customer care authority tell me; 1 year after your previous scheme is activeted) default but, yet I am paid tata to tata 0.50 paisa per 60 seconds and your cusomer authority or cstomer care authorty not any give me answer about this scheme

TATA Indicom — Not attended complaint

This is inform that I have taken connection for internet on 24.06.2010 , Bearing No. [protected] against Receipt No. 26275 Dt.24.06.2010.SXC 1080 1xUSB Modem. There being very slow speed , complained various times to the sales executive, and on the internet. No positive response received till date. Now the internet connection is not there.Due to slow , i have also requested to upgrade to TATA Photon Plus but nothing done till now.Pl take some initiative and do some positive in this matter. I have a same issue with Tata Indicom Broadband, I am in Pune and have registered for domain and booked for hosting, paid the full money on 25th Dec, 2010. The service is still not operational.

I called their customer care and they have me a complain number 13251290 on 29th Dec. Since then (9 days) I called 5 times to the customer care every time they say it is assigned and engineers are working on it 24x7. Is the quality of technical staff so low in Tata that they can not solve a customer complain for 9 days working 24x7 or Tata is just taking it's customers for a ride?

Tata Indicom-Broadband — Non Refund of amount in Account

The company has not refunded my balance of Rs.4500 in my broadband account [protected]@vsnl.com. When I shifted my house I was told that a wired connection was not possible at the new location and I should take a wimax connection post which mmy balance amount would be refunded. I have a mail from their customer service confirming that the amount would be refunded.
When I went for the wimax connection I insisted on retaining my id. I was told I cnnot have the same id as this was a wimax account.So a new id was given [protected]@vsnl.net.
But the amount of Rs.4500 was not refunded on some pretext or the other. I have been chasing them for more than one year now. How can they give in writing that the amount would be refunded and then go back on it. Can you please take up this case. I have written to their Applette Authority also but to no avail.

Actually- this is a very valid statement.
I live in Belapur- and for the past 3 months- you cant even log in after 2200.
And this is a 512kpbs unlimited connection. Paid for 1 year and feeling cheated.
It was supposed to be very fast - but I cant even open the simplest of pages on the browser.
I can see at least 5 other people connect to the same cable as mine in the hub as well on my netwrok.
Woefully sad.

TATA Indicom Broadband — Advance not refunded even after 60 days from termination.

Even after 60 days from the date of termination of my Tata Indicom Broadband connection I have not received my deposit amount. My complain no is 13305710, n the interaction id to which no action have been taken are[protected]; 45107723 and 45032153. I am tired to calling the customer care n being pushed from one team to another, There is not a single person who took the accountability for my issue. These kind of behavior should be punished for the safety of the rest of the society!

i've sim card of tata indicome its no. is [protected].
this no. is my business no. for last 3 yrs.

this sim card is become faulty thats why i search duplicate sim card in tata indicom offices. then they reply me card in not available. then i go to main office of tata indicom at limda chowk, kamdhenu complex.
i purchase new duplicate card from this office on 05.02.2011, their executive said me your cards outgoing & incoming will continue in 30 mins only.
you have to only replace card after 30 mins. i do as per he said me after 1 hour.
now after 6 days my no. is not running. in between i gone that office for 5 times. now they saying me your request will be done on[protected].

now who can pay my business loss ?

Sir, namaskar. I am a prepaid customer of Tata Indicom for last 4 years.
Presently i facing very poor network ploblem in Kankarbagh(Patna). I have complained many times to it's customer care, but result is zero. Please identify the problem & solve it as earlier as possible.Thanks

i am mr.jayanta sarkar, i am a customer for tata photon plus.after beig your customer i got a call from tata representative about some offer.we had accepted one of the offer and then he had send one sales man.the offer said by the representative was wrong as mentioned by the sales man.we have called him back he said that he mentioned that the sales man is wrong.latter on another representative said that the sales man is correct.after hearing that the representative said that he had not mentioned that all.so i felt very sorry for it and i am lodging a complain against the representative mr.ak das(kolkata).iwant immediate reply or i must take necessary steps.my contact number [protected], [protected].
