[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor service tata broadband connection

Sir i am using tata indicom broadband connection past 5 month my login id [protected]@vsnl. Net
Past 45 days i am facing lot of problem in my broadband connection connection lost for 2 to 3 days continuesly. Even i recieved 26 days of downtime credit for my connection lost from tata broadband connection. And i paid the advance amount for 5 month. Still i am facing the same problem after meeting to the head mr sarvanna & area manager mr. Sarat in chetpet office.

Please suggest me what i have to do for this problem to be rectify even because of this connection lost i loss my many bussiness proposals income.

1 hour or 2 hour is sence but 2 days & 3 days connection lost is totally nonsense. Please help me.

Is there any body in tataindicom who do under the meaning of "customer service", if yes please help me with the issue i am following from last 2 months. my connection(including entire society) was down for 9 days from 26 feb to 6th match. i spoke with several representatives in tataindicom customer service but all in veins (some of your representatives said " downtime for these 9 days will reflect on next month bill. TATA Indicom — Service down since a week-No response

My Landline and internet has been down since June 11th. A complaint registered with id[protected] . I have not got any response from the company till then. I have been calling up the tata indicom customer care every day twice to get the status and i get false promises that my complaint will be resolved with in half an hour, technician will call back, mail sent to head office for escalation, I will get a call back with in half an hour . These were the responses given to me by the floor supervisior and mutiple esclations points across the customer care. Everyday I'm wasting one hour of my time just to follow up with the customer care and anybody who has tried connecting to the tata indicom customer care will know the pain of doing so. It takes at least 20 mts to connect to a representative who will be 99 percent uneducated to the job they are supposed to perform.In additional to the rental being charged and the poor service, Im incurring an additional the cost to my mobile bill to call the customer care. I suggest none should take this service and it is the worst service ever provided by any. I'm still awaiting for any response from the company.
I have sent an email to Nodal officer as well today.

Now intend to take this up with Appellate Authority and consumer court.

TATA Indicom Broadband — No Responsibility

Very Poor Response from TATA INDICOM Broadbank

I am using this connection for the past 4 years.

For the Last Six months i am facing a hell lot of prolems from TATA Broadband. The connection goes bad in every Three Days. i will be registering an complaint. It willbe kept open for two days and after that even the problem is rectified or not. The call will be closed in their Database.

My last call registerd on 16.07.2011 for Slow Browsing Call # 13836168, has not rectified. But from 19.07.2011, My internet is totally down. When called their office, they said since one call is already open, they willnot be able to register one more call.

Hence they will change the remarks as Connectivity down in the same call Number. I was following with them every day as if i donot have any other job.

I made a call on 22.07.2011 also, they said they are still working on it. But today(25.07.2011) when i called their office, they cooly said that the said call # 13836168 has been closed from thier end ?????

I do not understand how they closed the same

TATA Indicom Broadband — non refund of prepaid amount

I have been using TATAINDICOM Broadband prepaid connection for the past 4 years in Hyderabad. Recently, i need to shift to Vijayawada, and i have requested for shifting of my prepaid connection to my new place in the first week of May 2011. There was no response for even after reminder for 15 days. Finally i got to shift and i have shifted to new place and later i got a mail from the company that their inability to shift the connection to new place.

Hence, i have asked them for disconnection and refund of my balance amount of Rs.2,000/- apprx. I have received a mail from the company stating that balance in my account is Rs.1,754/-. The company has suspended my account and is refunding the money for the past 2 months. Now , i am not getting any response from them even after my several reminders.

For your information, i have not signed any agreement with the company accepting the non-refund clause. Pls help me in getting the refund from Tata Broadband.

Broadband Connection — Connection transfer issue

I am staying in Cox town, i have applied for transfer of broadband connection more than a month back.Due to system upgradation and something i was with in 20days ,my connection will get activted.it been moret than 35 days and there seems to beno response. Each time when i ask about the same they will give another Request number saying that connection willbe activcated in another 22days, i already got 3 request number for the same purpose.i.e.22+22+22 days,22 days for each request....is this how you respond to issues.

TataIndicom — phone not working from last 2 months

my phone no. is[protected] which is not working from lasr 2 months n i m tired of complaining again and again to the company. i m paying the billing amount for the dead phone from last two months n the company is not at all intrested to solve d problem because they r getting their rent on time. whenever i make a complaint to customer care they say please call after 30 min n they donot register the complain.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Broadband new connection

Rohith, Tata Indicom representative, collected Rs 1000/- as advance for new tata indicom broadband connection promising the installtion to be completed in 2 days time. It's been more than 2 weeks now and we haven't heard back from him. He has stopped answering the calls and provided us no updates. If this is how new customers are treated by Tata Indicom, I'd request refunding the advance amount and would advise all not to ever even think about taking their services.

Did you bother following up on/after 1st Oct if the issue has been resolved? As per the request we waited for your representative to come and fix the internet connection but nobody ever turned up. It's been 6 days since the resolution date and I haven't heard from either customer care or the representatives. I have other things to do than follow up for an internet connection for a month!

I am completely frustrated with the kind of response I've been recieving. I fail to understand why I need to follow up after giving advance - is it not your duty to come and provide the connection on committed date. Despite all the follow-up actions and complaints it's been a month and no action from your end. I do not want to have any kind of association with Tata Indicom now and am looking forward for the amount to be re-funded. There are tons of other broadband services available and I've never faced this kind of an issue before. Kindly confirm when would you be able to refund the amount else I need to take a legal action now!

TATA Indicom — Faulty connection

I have installed Tata indicom Internet services in April 2011. The service got disconnected after 3months due to fault from their end. I have samsung mobile in which mobile service is there in that some channel are shown free of cost and some channel are paid.There is skim ( Service) of all channel per month for Rs. 99. I have made recharge of Rs. 99.Then also the service is not activate thee I went to TATA Docomo gallery at New Panvel, they havent give resonse just say go to the samsung gallery they When i went to samsung gallery they says there is no problem in phone and tell to called customer care I called customer care but he said that there is no problem in SIM cardand told to switch off mobile for 15 Minutes and service will resume but service yet not not started and also customer care does not give response to my call.
When I started mobile TV function for paid the message comes " Registration Faild"
Please activate my service as early as possible.

Tata Indicom - Broadband — Service deactivated because of one Day use

Hi

I took Wifi internet connection from tata indicom on 10-dec and in One day itsel[censored]ses went up by 10 GB because they provided me unsecured connection.

Do i need to pay them the money because why did not discontinued my service once it reached my limit that was of 1000/- only.

This download was done by somebody else and asking the details from the customer care , they need FIR first .

I always requested them to provide me the secured WIFI and they fialed to provide me , Am i responsible for this or they should educate the customer for this?
