[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Waste of money CMO 450 Honest Plan | |
I have recently subscribed the Tata Indicom CMO 450 Plan. In this plan subscriber can use unlimited calls to Tata Indicom to Tata indicom. but now at the time whenever I goes to make a call to any Tata Indicom phone, my calls is not connected to the particular Tata Indicom no. I am facing this problem 6 out of 10 attempts. This plan is really waste of money. Tata indicom customer care is also unable to resolve this problem. Its not waste due to connection problem but to lure consumers they first called this plan as unlimited plan but after some time they capped the limit to 2000 mins only.How can they do such false advertising & play with customer money
