[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Wrong plan rates have been activated and TaTa Indicom refuses to correct it and repay back

I had ordered let's rock plan of TATA Indicom on my number almost 15 to 20 days back.
Under this plan the call charges are 20p/min.
But TaTaIndicom activate pay per paisa plan with call charges of 1p/sec.
I have been following up with them for past 15-20 days to correct their mistake.
I have also logged in complaints 320994 and 321711 for the same on their site.
But they have not done anything to fix this.

Also for past 15-20 days their call center gives lame excuses that system is unavailable and they cannot check my account status.
They are simply harassing me.

TATA Indicom — Wrong call charges

Dear Sir,

I was informed by a Tata Indicom service personal, on 30th April over phone, that my call charges have reached Rs 2500 in past one week. This is not correct as I have not used the phone to this extent. My bill value has never been more than Rs 500 till date. I had requested for my call limit to be of Rs 500, but it was increased to Rs 2000 without my knowledge and consent. When I contacted the customer care over phone, I was told that I would have to pay this money even though I have not used the phone for this amount. Also, the customer care executive did not tell me the details of the mentioned call charges and was not ready to divulge the information. My phone has been made one-way from 30th April. In wake of these incidents, it seems this is a case of fraud by Tata Indicom and hence please be informed that I am not going to pay the mentioned amount till I get the detailed bill or call details. Please take the necessary action at the earliest. I request you therefore to redress my aforesaid grievance by restoring my telephone both-ways immediately failing which I would be left with no option but to take proper legal action.

Please revert back my old plan.
It was the old Let's rock plan where call rates were 30p/m and 60p/min.
Also refund back my Rs 47/- that's the money I have paid for activating the new Let's rock plan.
I have already lost plenty of talktime due to wrong call rates.
What the HELL! NTT[protected] has been closed.
A customer care guy calls me and reads out all the call rates and gives the tata nelco number saying for any other inquires call at this number.
This is a RESOLUTION as per tata indicom standards.

I have been shouting from roof tops that tata indicom is CHEATING consumers.
It's public website shows call rates at per min basis but it's customer service guys say their internal data base shows call rates at per paise. And it's the internal database with which they go by. Considering that I have provided all screen shots.
BOTTOMLINE tata indicom has SWOLLEN my 47 bucks alongwith increasing call rates at my number.
Considering indicom's customer base Rs 47 from each customer add ups to minimum 1 Crores How much more illegal money do you want to gulp!!
CHEATERS!!!
OK so you are telling me
1. TaTa Indicom posts wrong call rates on it's website.
2. When consumers activates the plan TaTa Indicom charges higher call rates
3. When consumer complains TaTa Indicom says that refund is not possible and we will continue to charge
you at higher call rates.
4. Above all TaTa Indicom gets away with this.

What do you call this? FRAUD!
How many consumers has your organization duped like this?
Does most of your salary come through such corruption money?
Secondly knowing that your organization is duping people and you continuing to support it, can you even look yourself in mirror?
