[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Letter to the nodal officer for handset replacement under guarantee

Dear MS Kanika Sharma,
This is in reference to your e-mail below, kindly be adviced that i tried my best to reach Tata Indicom to get my handset replaced but i am not unfortunately successful in this case as no one wants to work where ever i go with my complaint which is simple as my handset stopped working on 3Sep11 and i purchased it with bill on 30 Oct 2010 and it is is in gaurantee/warantee period but still no one wants to replace it, yesterday i went to one of your i-care centre in kingsway camp dhaka chowk and they asked me to come today and i went their today and they told me that it cannot be repaired because it is a different model and we dont repair this you need to contact sustomer care and this is what is happening i am in contact with you customer care since a week and i am sure that i reach 30October 2011 and the warranty and gaurantee will expire and i will loose my number because i will never use Tata indicom service in life time and this is the reason when people get frustrated of these kind of services and they take a step towards consumer courts.You are very well aware thet a normal person dont have time these days out of his job and family o why to make some one reach that state that one needs court help when you people can work and get this done, is the other Legal Way is correct way to get these petty things done? it is under warranty/gaurantee why cannot Tata Indicom get it changed when i am having a proper bill, and when i went to for the first time from the place i ahve purchased this they told me that they are not aware it will be changed or not and when i asked to see their manager they told me he is not available, they tokk of my handset battery and the next day i got an even worse battery back for my handset with an answer that they are not sure it will be changed r not and if its there in stock!!
I had called on your mobile number mentioned but no responce as it was just ringing.

This is the same system generated replies which TATA INDICOM is sending me second time. nothing has been done yet to solve my complaint, i had called up the nodal officer and e-mailed her Ms Kanika Sharma but the call is never answered and no replay on e-mail also.These people are so thick skin i think they need a consumer court notice to replace my handset which is in warranty/guarantee.All above procedures i had tried and its bee almost a week that my handset is with me as dead and i dont have any landline number working t home as this was the only handset we were using and this was our almost 8-10 years old number.

Dear Tata Indicom Team,
I know that you people are trying to contact me on [protected] by giving me 1 single missed call 3-4 times just to keep in your records and finally i managed to pick one of your calls and the executive e-mailed me the address of connaught place tata indicom N-10 outer circle opposite KFC, i went there and met Mr Ajay one of your executive, i was told that this handset model is not in stock and they are offering me a landline set or an old model walky C-2 (oldest one) and more over both of them used ones not a new replacement. Is this you rules say? if a company dosent have the same model they usually provide the next model and a new one not a repaired used by many other hands.I am not at all satisfied with this service.

The customer service of TATA PHOTON is pathetic. These people are fraud. They know only one thing how to make the customer fool. They have generated TATA PHOTON PLUS bill on my account with the wrong identity of name on the bill and after that instead of regenerating the bill, they are threatening me, that If I don't pay the bill, they will stop the services. I am very much shocked to understand their attitude towards their customers.

I have been sending the mails, but the mail ids are wrong as my mails are bounced back. Moreover they do not even pick up the calls on the number provided by them. neither at the nodal office nor a the reception. People sitting at the toll free number are . They don't have any information with them. I am very much fed up these people. I will have to take some legal action against them if they will not start paying attentions to my problem.
This is the worst customer service, I have ever faced in my life.
