[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Photon Plus — Sales Executive not taking the complaint seriously

A problem occurred with my TATA photon. I contacted the sales executive to get it resolved.
It has been 5-6 days now that my complaint has not been resolved.
The attitude, commitments and seriousness of your sales executives is just very unprofessional.

with due respect, i want to inform you that i have not get my refund till now, and your officers have not replied me with responsbility. they are saying me only for wait, and pay bill. Your sells person Mr Mitesh has called me today that he will take my device and he will refund me money after 20-25days deduce 500 rupees and saying that i should pay my bill till today. but your officers had commited me before 45days that if they could not provied me service, i have no need to pay, and they will also refund me which i bill amount i have paid already for your first bill. But now they are not ready to follow their commitment. Tell me sir, how kind i can make trust on Mr Mitesh and on your officers, when they have been wrong on their commitment till now which they had commited with me. sir, what is the guarntee that they will refund me all of my money aftey paying bill and giving him Tata photon+ device. According to my advocate, i should not pay bill because i had been following and informing to your officers since first day of purchasing your device. My advocate says me, that i can get all of my refund from consumer forum court with all loses of my time and money. But i have said him to stop for 3days due to making a complaint to you. Because i know that any reputated company like Tata will not want lose reputation for a little problem like this. So i believe in you that you will solve my problem within 2days.
So sir, please take neccessary action immedietly against your sells agency, and also against your unresponsive officers.

i have purchased my tata photon+ device at[protected]. at that time your sellsperson commited me that this device uploading speed is upto 3.1mbps, but i have not get speed more than 200kbps till now.
i have complaint regarding this matter in your customer service and to your nodal officer, but they have not pay attention. i have made many request about this but they are not replying me. at last i have a request to canclled my service at[protected] at your customer care centre at gujrat bhavan ahmedabad to Mr. Vipul, request no. is[protected]. I have request to unblock my mobile Number [protected] and transfer the number to new blank sim card which was purchase from TATA indicom office (sivranjani branch ahmedabad) on 31st Jan 2011 8.15PM .Executive told me “your new card will start within 5 to 10 minutes”, but there was some problem in sim card and hence same is not started yet. He told me it will start on 1st Feb. 2011 morning. On the date I called customer care executive (12524) and Executive told me “your mobile was unblocked from our system, but you have to contact sivranjani office”. I called on Sivaranjani office on[protected] Number continuously I have called for 25times but nobody was there to receive the call. I got the No. of Manager of Shiv ranjani office Miss Pamela Desouza[protected]. Called her and informed her about my problem. But till my mobile was not started. Then I raised complaint on TTSL website Complaint no is 241439. after continuously follow up with manager I called Nodal Officer Mr. Nirlep Raval on[protected] and informed him, but till my mobile was not started. Then I called miss Neha Jain [protected] and informed her. Then I personally go to sivranjani office meet Mr. siddharth informed him about my issue he promised me your mobile will start soon. Then 2nd Feb 2011 Morning I received call of Mr. siddharth on my AlterNet no ([protected]) he told me just switch off your mobile and then switch on it will start. But my my mobile was not started yet. Again I called Miss Pamela Desouza and informed her but no result. I received mail from [protected]@tatatel.co.in and reply on the same but there is no revert on the same . As on today’s date my SIM is not activated. I faced lots of problems, I lost my 3 lakh Rs. Order, I west my important time for following for this issue .I lost my credit at my company, I lost my Important phone calls of My customers as well as my seniors,

Now I don’t have trust on your Service nor in your Executives, No one in your company taking care of customer.



Due to this serious issue I am changing the mobile service provider.

I GOT A PHOTON PLUS [protected]@RS.500/- CONNECTION, ACCOUNT NO.[protected], TATA INDICOM NO.[protected]. I AM RESIDING AT NANGANALLUR, CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU PIN CODE:600 114.

THE SAD STORY OF MINE IS BECAUSE OF MY BAD TIME I ENQUIRED AT THE PHOTON PLUS DETAILS. AFTER THAT LOT OF CALLS FROM THE DEALER TILL I GOT THE CONNECTION. THEN MY FATE STARTED WORKING. SINCE THE RETAIL OUTLET IS ON THE WAY TO MY OFFICE I THOUGHT OF PAYING THERE WHILE GOING TO OFFICE ON THE WAY.
THE REMAINDER FOR PAYMENT COMES WELL IN ADVANCE. I ALSO DID THE SAME.

UNFORTUNATELY FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO PAY EARLY, AND WENT TO PAY THE BILL (BUT NOT LATE) ON 15 OR 16TH. THE PERSON (MR. RAMESH OR SURESH) I AM NOT SURE THE NAME TOLD THAT THE SERVER IS DOWN, OR PRINTER NOT WORKING AND ALL THE TECHNICAL RELATED PROBLEMS. SO I NEED TO GO THERE THREE TO FOUR TIMES EVERY MONTH. AND THE WAY HE BEHAVED WAS, HE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I AM OPERATING MY COMPUER UNDER HIS MERCY. AFTER GIVING A LONG ROPE TO HIM I TOLD HIM THAT I AM GOING TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS. NO INCOMIN CALL IS COMING BUT CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT TAKING COMPLAIN. I HAVE ONLY ONE NUMBER BUT THEY R TELLING THAT WITHOUT ANY ALTERNATIVE NUMER THEY CANT TAKE COMPLAIN. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY A HANDSET &A SIM TO LODGE A COMPLAIN?
