sir, my speed+ cannot connect to its server ...
though it is nt affecting my internet speed bt howevr i would like to know the reason for its non-performance !!!

hi...i am using tata photon whiz..speed is not at all good...dont waste money in it...plans also not at all good...even mts give night unlimited plan for rs 349..(time 10 to 7)..but tata photon whiz night unlimited plan is rs 400(time 11 to 7)..speed is like gprs...even airtel gprs is better...i gave complaint regarding these...but they told it is normal speed...for these thing i need to pay 450...so think many times before buy it...

i have made 11complaints about photan whiz problem. TATa engieers keep on blaming my laptop without correcting their proble. After two month daly IBM engineer advised tata to correct their device problem then tata accepted and corrected in 10mts.

Worse of tata service is without attending complaint they will close customer complaints, I asked them for clarification of my complaint closer without any action they simply replies "yes if it is beyond 24hrs we will close complaint.

It is very unfortunate I heard this answer from nodal officer Mrs sri Priya[protected] of chennai zone.

finaly i closed my subcription, since this organisation is organised for only cheating the customer.I went upto nodal officer understand this is absolute cheating company.

Any body have objection I have valid proofs. My No.[protected]

tata speed+ server was working fine 1 week ago, now it suddenly shows"cannot detect speed+ server", so pls tell me if you tata guys have changed the server domain, now i am using google web acclarator and it is working fine, but using both together gives greater speed, so pls you guys inform me ASAP. at karan.[protected]@gmail.com
